When I first moved here I would have given it 4 stars, sadly it’s now not even worthy of 1. The staff are completely incompetent and have no clue how to run a building of this size. The current renovation construction is managed so poorly that it often puts residents in harms way with denied access to elevators and frequent visits from the fire Marshall for fire code violations. This year alone there has been at least half a dozen car thefts from inside the resident parking garage due to consistently broken doors that are never repaired in a timely manner. I wouldn't choose to live anywhere else. If this place were for sale, I would buy it! From the staff that treats you like family and priority. To the beautiful floor plan and and appliances, and the beautiful property and great amenities! I can't forget the leasing and maintenance staff that is always on time and does an exceptional job, which they're rarely needed. I found a home in an apartment!

We've been at 50 Forest street for over six years now, and there are many reasons why we love it here. First of all the location is great, it takes you minutes to get to the mall, or most restaurants, target, Burlington, Mill River park, Uconn, train station etc.
The thick walls of this building is another reason why we stayed. We don't hear our neighbors much. The amenities here are great: the pool, the gym, tennis courts, playground, bbq areas. There is a shuttle to the train station also.
The maintenance team is awesome. Cesar and co do a great job maintaining this huge building
