I have been working with adam since last 7 month. He is very professional personal trainer.
Gym is pretty small gym but has almost everything you need.

I worked out with the personal trainer Adam Musgrave and have to say it was an awesome experience! The things I love about this gym is there are two big rooms filled with equipment. When you work out with the trainer at Skyefit, it really is a personal training experience without a room filled with people and interruptions. Also, If you had any previous sport injuries (shoulder, knee, etc), Adam knows how to work around it while incorporating exercises that help strengthen that previously injured joint.
When you meet Adam you clearly will tell he is a bodybuilder that exudes physical fitness

I tried bootcamp at SKYEFit on Classpass. SKYEFiT is a very small gym with two rooms - the first room with turf, which is where the class was held, and the second room in the back with limited equipment - cardio and weight.

The bootcamp class attendance was low - just me and one other person. So on one hand it was great because the instructor was able to tailor exercises to our requests/injuries, but for me, I tend to be a little more motivated with more people. The class was a series of 3-4 exercises each for like 30-45 seconds, repeated for about 3 rounds, working virtually all muscle groups

I had the oddest experience here. There was a dude in a full sweatsuit with a stopwatch, timing 20 second intervals to the people in the class in a supremely bored way. It was an ok workout, but I was just so weirded out by the vibe the whole time.

SKYEFiT has a killer bootcamp. You'll start off with a warm up, three rounds of a rigorous full body work out and end with a quick cool down.

Don't be fooled by the three rounds though, because each circuit has ~5 moves each and is repeated to near exhaustion. The classes are small, which means you're going to get a lot of attention. Form always comes first!

Joshua is the man when it comes to personal training. Variety is the key so you won't get bored in your workout and pushes you to achieve your full potential physically. I highly recommend giving it a try.

This is the first bootcamp I have ever joined and it has been an awesome experience so far. Josh is a great coach and always listens to what the bootcampers have to say about the workouts. I was always a member of 24 hour fitness and other large gyms, and my experiences there were never as great as they are at Skyefit workouts. The other bootcampers are really friendly, laid-back, and fun to talk to. The workouts just fly by and I look forward to going to bootcamp instead of dreading my workouts. I go around 3x a week and there is a nice group of regulars that go to Douglass Park. If you are looking

I have been attending the boot camp classes for a few months now and I am so happy to have found Skyefit. I was that typical gym goer that would spend a hour on the elliptical, followed with light weights. I was doing the same routine for over a decade and I was getting very bored of my work out regimen. In addition, I did not feel that my body was changing (for the better) and I knew I had to do something different. I tried Zumba, working out from home, basically doing my own thing, I knew I needed help from an actual trainer and as a full time working mother of little children, I was draining

I've enjoyed superlative personal training with Josh at Skyefit for the past year.

I've worked with 3 personal trainers over the past 10 years, and Josh exceeds all my expectations! From our first meeting, I set limited goals: I didn't want to talk about weight loss or diets, I just wanted to increase my physical activity. Josh was supportive of that, and proved to have a great empathy for women and all the body image baggage we drag into the gym with us!

He's no softie though, he won't stand for any of my bullsh!t and pushes me in my workouts. My fitness gains have

I have been working out here for about a month with the owner, Josh. All I can say is SORE!! And in the best way possible. He gives me a great work out and I'm never bored. His workouts vary from weight training to plyometrics. He's on time to the appointments and thus far has never needed to cancel one. Whats also great about this place is that they work with your schedule, and when possible, your budget. The other trainers here also seem to be friendly and from being there and checking out some of their training sessions, are on par with the level of excellence that Josh exudes.

I first heard of Skyefit through a promotion on Gilt. I signed up to try some personal training sessions in May 2012. I was so impressed by my initial training sessions that I got my partner to join as well and we have been happy, loyal clients ever since.

I train with Josh, the owner, and have made huge, visible improvements in my physique and overall strength. I'm constantly challenged by the workouts, never reaching a plateau. Josh is a funny, friendly, attentive, responsive, motivating, professional trainer. We almost never have problems with scheduling a session, and if we do, he&apos

I came to SKYFITE through one of the Living Social deals. I've done several boot camps in the City so I have a pretty good baseline of what to expect. I love that this is located in SoMa bc it's central, but I was really disappointed with the morning workouts in SoMa. A couple times the instructor, Chris didn't show up and an amazing trainer who happened to be there (I forget her name) helped us out.

As for the workouts: It seemed like everyone knew each other and the workouts were already planned. So there were no surprise to what we would be doing. There was also very little

I came to SKYEFiT for one reason: to get bigger and stronger.

I train with Josh, the owner. Josh is the right guy if you want to blow up that bird chest and those chicken legs. Unlike a lot of other trainers in the city, Josh actually looks the part. He's a strongman competitor and will most likely always lift more than you.

The workouts have made me a lot stronger and Josh constantly pushes you and you'll surprise yourself with what you can do. Josh is also hilarious and a fun guy to be around - I consider him a friend and look forward to our sessions.

The only area for improvement

I bought a living social deal for one month of unlimited boot camp for $44. Thought it was a good deal, but was NOT impressed when I started. I went to the SOMA location and took 1 class with Josh at 6pm and 1 class with Ben at 6pm. Neither instructors were motivating. I did get a good work out and I was sore the next day, but I found myself looking at the clock every 10 minutes.

I had a month worth of unlimited classes I could do and ended up only going three times, one of which the class was cancelled without any warning. I found myself wanting to go to the gym instead.

Professional, effective, knowledgeable, and never boring. I can't speak to the boot camp, though a friend goes religiously, but personal training has been great here.

Facilities are really nice for the indoor studio. All the trainers I have met are nice, noncreepy and professional. Worth every penny.

I've been working out with the noon boot camp class taught by Josh for a month now. Over the course of the month, I have noticed I've become stronger and more energetic. My arms and my abs have toned. I can even now do a whole 20 NORMAL push-ups! I have NEVER worked out so hard in my life. Working out in a group with an instructor has been extremely beneficial for me.

Josh is a great instructor. He is gentle but firm in his encouragements, sensitive to people's injuries, and an overall fun guy. The work-outs are never boring and very versatile. He has a method that guarantees you

I was referred to Joselle Gacusan by my fiance to prepare myself for the big day and to help start up a routine to help me get into shape (Keep in mind I have never been to the gym before and had no idea where to even start). Joselle was amazing. She not only helped me get into shape but she also prepared me so that I am now able to go to the gym and even have my own exercise routines at home. She is upbeat and motivating and her exercise routines are not only challenging but also fun. I always dreaded working out but now I look forward to it.
I highly recommend Joselle for anyone looking for

I bought a groupon to get myself back to working out and finding new things to do on my own once this boot camp deal is over (because the actual price of boot camp is well over my budget).

Everyone here is really nice and Ben (trainer) did warn us n00bs to not over do it on the first day, LISTEN TO HIM! I didn't and ended up sore for a week and had to limit myself from working out that first week! Take your time with the classes and soon you can see your stamina building, your body looking a bit more fit, your clothes getting bigger! The trainers here are very nice and caters to your injuries

What an amazing way to start your day!

First week is tough [REAL tough] - both physically and mentally. The 5 AM alarm kinda makes you cry, you're so sore you can hardly lower yourself onto the....ahem, toilet! Your arms are like 'pasketti' noodles. However, I'm only 5 weeks in and I hardly notice that alarm - I just get up and do it!

The fruits of our labors have arrived - feeling stronger, faster, more energetic....and let's be honest ladies, losing 5 pounds in the first month was pretty nice too! I am surroundded by motivated women all sweating and huffing and working

Josh is AWESOME!!! I think I read in another review that someone called him a "benevolent dictator," and that fits :) He works you hard, but is kind about how he does it and offers encouragement along the way.

I've been doing his Noe Valley bootcamp for a couple of months now and definitely have seen a positive impact in my strength and energy levels. I am heading into my third month and can't wait to see how much more of an impact it makes. I do the morning class and while it does feel a little weird to be lifting weights and running in the dark for the first half hour, it
