I have just been to the best cycle engineers in my opinion ever.I purchased a Boardman electric bike from Halfords in November,the bike is great but there were issues that they were unable to solve.Bike4Health ClC in Newcastle have just made my bike incredible.The 240 mile round trip as been we worth it .
The diagnostic investigation was incredibly through and they were able to readjust the sensitivity of the electronics so I could ride with my winter gloves on and still be able to change the power band.The diagnostic investigation was incredibly value for money and I am going to do the 240 round

Called in early this morning on the chance of a replacement chain being fitted and it was carried out straight away along with a new back cog. Straight forward explanations and worked carried out within 20 mins. Thanks guys I will be back on an annual basis.
Highly recommend this place friendly welcome not like some other repair shops in the area who snub you as your bike is not an expensive make.

Second time I have used this place and is categorically the only place I will ever bring my bike to. Honest, friendly, professional and above all Jedi masters in cycle repair. Service and work today has given me back a bike that looks like an episode of stars in their eyes, it went it looking shabby and performing terribly and came out the smoke - dancing like Michael Jackson and singing like George Michael. I won’t name the other places I have tried before, however I will name this in the top one in the north east. Keep up the brilliant work and big mention to Tony Stark AKA lucaz. Absolute

Excellent service from these guys, I was in need to get my brakes sorted for Sunday and no one could help and waiting lists are til August. I came across Bikes4health and give them a ring and they couldn't of been more helpful to me. They got me book in next day couple of hours and it was sorted even give my bike a once over sorted my wobbly headset. I really can't recommend these enough. At least I found my go to place now for any bike related issues. 👍

I’ve known these guys for years and will only let them look after my bikes. Consummate professionals, honest to a man in the requirements of servicing, new parts, etc. and top class quality of work every single time.
Attention to detail, knowledge of parts, systems and bikes in general inspires confidence and you know your bike will be right after they’ve worked on it.
Cannot recommend Mario and the guys highly enough.

These guys are excellent. Took bike down to Pat and the team Wednesday, gave me great advice. Service, degrease and brake cables all done and bike returned to me Friday ready for the weekend. They walked me through all the work afterwards as well, can’t recommend enough. Thank you!!!!

Amazing service and are very polite. Rates are reasonable and they treat customers very adequately. I had a small problem with my brand new Cube Mtb bike gears shifting after I messed up with gear tuning (being curious). They immediately sorted it out.
They are now expanding the shop and have first floor built for new items.
I will get my bike first serviced from here definitely.

It’s like riding new bikes. We’ve had many great bike services from Artur, Mario and the team to keep our family bikes in top condition. Honest advice regarding when to replace parts and how to maintain key parts between services. Good value, great service, would definitely recommend.
