Cycle Therapy is located in a vintage Tudor red brick house located in downtown Kent, 422 3rd Ave South, at the corner of 3rd Ave South and Willis Street, Kent Washington.
We were formerly Mountain Bike Outfitters and located on Central Ave in Kent, which has serviced the needs of the Kent community for 20+ years and now as Cycle Therapy we continue the tradition of it's unique twist on the bike shop business model - Free tune-ups for life for our new customers.This distinguishes our shop as a place where the service does not end with the sale.

It’s refreshing to find a shop that welcomes you in and enjoys helping customers. I purchased a bike from another dealer (out of state) and shipped it to Cycle Therapy for re-assembly. They charged a very fair rate and even helped source some missing bits. The bike is well put together

Cycle Therapy's location used to be closer to the railroad tracks, but their new house location off of 3rd street isn't hard to find since they are right on the corner and have a large sign outside. I had been going to another bike shop, but kept getting a flat front tire. I was on the Interurban Trail heading from Kent to Sumner on my bike and ended up with a flat in Auburn. This was on a Sunday, so most bike shops nearby were closed. I was staying in Kent at my sisters for the weekend and decided to stop into Cycle Therapy on Monday before heading home. There was no wait. They took my bike in

We Love the store, the owner Ric, and his wise bike guru Josh. We have purchased four bikes from them over the last several years. We also encouraged two other people to purchase bikes from them. All of us are very pleased with our bike purchases. They are very honest and upfront. Very helpful and kind. I would do business with them over and over again.

Genuinely the best customer service I've ever encountered at a bike shop. They helped me size and pick out a bike, then when the bike got delayed months past when I needed it because of Covid helped me find a different bike that meets my needs. I've had some issues with the bike but they have gone above and beyond to fix those issues. I drive 30mins each way, past much closer shops, because of the service they provide.

Wow- where to start! Received a Kona bike for Christmas and family was raving about Seth and all the help he provided. Went into the shop today with my wife and met Adele and Ric. Both really nice, knowledgeable, made you feel like you had been friends for years. Knowing a little about BMX bikes, mountain bikes were definitely different to me. Was greeted by Adele, who was super sweet, funny, and fun to talk with. She listened to my concerns on the handle bars, fitted the seat, and adjusted the front forks. Super fast service, amazing job at doing the work.. They were super kick back and relaxed

Got my tires replaced! This place was great! The guy that fixed my bike was amazing! The staff were all friendly & knowledgeable & super affordable. It was an experience to remember. So I will definitely recommend this bike shop to everyone I know!!! I learned a lot from the guys here! Will be bringing my bike again if it needs future repairs!!!!
