The Devon is a nice place to stay, good amenities, nice people, clean etc. the only problem is since living here a car drove in the apartment right next to ours, which was pretty scary. But the worst part is the construction in the mornings. They always seem to do it on my day off, and it’s right on the other side of the wall, so loud!

The apartment complex is nice and the application process was much easier than even the other ICO properties in the area. I had to take off a couple stars because there's weird inconvenient issues: my assigned parking is pretty consistently blocked by moving vans, tow trucks, delivery vehicles, or just regular cars picking up and dropping people off. I have to park in guest parking at least once a week. There is also no autopay option or early pay option for rent so there's a 48 hour window on the 1st and 2nd of each month where you have to go manually pay every month. Lastly the trash pickup is

Though this apartment complex has a great location, that location comes at a price. A studio apartment comes at around $1400 a month once you add all the other fees ‘The Devon’ adds that you can’t pick and choose to opt out of.
Also, if you have one of your washers or dryers that breaks and you need to replace it, it will pretty much take them two months to fix or replace it. Not to mention the communication is lacking during that entire process.
I issued a request to fix a dryer on the 29th of May. It’s the 20th of July and it still isn’t fixed. They said that there will be a new dryer

This was a great place for us to relax for a year between moves! It was kept clean, and our maintenance issues were always quickly attended to. I would say the biggest issue is parking, and would love it if we could have paid for additional assigned spots, but I realize that space is limited. All in all, a great apartment and we had amazing views for the 4th!

The Devon has been a great place to live. Anytime we have needed maintenance they are quick and easy to work with. Hanna is always to work with us when it comes to rent. The amenities are nice, and things are usually pretty clean in the public areas. I have very little complaints. Overall the Devon has been a fantastic place to live.

My Fiancé and I have been apartment hunting and our experience with Chrissy at the Devon surpassed all prior appointments we’ve had. Chrissy immediately greeted us with a smile and notified us that she would be with us shortly, although she was helping another couple at the time. First impressions are everything and Chrissys immediate greeting meant a lot to me. Chrissy took the time to answer all of our questions without hesitation and with full knowledge and honesty when providing the information. She was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable about The Devon. We absolutely love the third
