Couldn't ask for a better apartment to live at! Amazing layout, wonderful parking, and great central location. Anytime we have an issue (for example a gas leak), the maintenance man was available to help us after midnight and had a new oven delivered the next day. They take every request very seriously and wont accept anything less. Great price. You won't regret living here!

1. After we paid our first month's rent, they emailed me and said we paid $25 less than what we owed. I sent them a photo of the lease agreement proving our actual rental rate.
2. Two months in, they told us we needed to re-sign our rental agreement because it was ending. I responded telling them to look at the rental agreement again.
3. The windows' seals were broken, mold in the bathroom, the front door is made basically out of plywood, and to top it all off, our oven must have been from the 1970s and burned my wife when she

I cannot say enough positive things about Legacy. They were a pleasure to work with, very attentive and quick to fix/solve issues properly. Very honest. They work so hard to keep rent low even though they could easily charge more than they do.
They were extremely accommodating as we were getting ready to move in to our house and kept needing extensions. They were very kind and generous.

My wife and I have just started our second year and we love it here! Compared to the previous places we have lived, the management and neighbors here are nice, courteous, and respectful. When we've had maintenance issues, management has been very prompt and caring in resolving those issues. The rates are generously lower than surrounding areas and the amenities are great (with awesome W/D hookups as well as a new AC unit!)! It's very peaceful here and the neighbors are nice and friendly. We honestly don't have any complaints living here at Legacy!

Lived here for a year and a half. I had no issues with neighbors or management! They are the best deal for an apartment! I paid 780 for a two bedroom one bath. Parking wasn't that bad either. There is always a space pretty close to our apartment for us.
This apartment probably had the biggest living room that I've ever seen in an apartment. However it had a galley kitchen with no dishwasher and very little cabinet space. The kitchen is ultimately why I ended up moving. The apartment was in good condition and was clean when I moved in. All maintenance requests were addressed. The pool was nice
