Town Place Apartment is an awesome living community, very well kept, and well organized. I rented one of their renovated unit. The whole look was very modern, and lovely. Christina, the Assistant Manager, was quite wonderful to work with, very responsive, and just simply a delightful person. Plus, the neighbors here are all so very respectful, and pleasant. I am only leaving because a job promotion.

I have been living at town place for one year and am going to resign my lease! The thing that drew me to this complex was not only the beautiful renovated unit I am currently living in but the super responsive staff! Amenities are kept very clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Great place to live.

I lived at Town Place for a year and a half and really enjoyed everyday. All the residents and neighbors are very friendly and it was a great atmosphere to be in and experience. I chose Town Place because they were dog friendly and allowed me to bring my black lab where many other places wouldn’t allow a bigger dog. Its extremely dog friendly there and he loved his walks around the property and interacting with all the other dogs! Maintenance was extremely helpful and responsive with the few small issues that I had with the apartment. I would highly recommend Town Place for its location and amenities

I have no complaints about the quality of the apartment, the complex itself, and the office staff. Everyone is kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful, the exercise room was great when it was available for use pre-covid. My only complaint is that it was very irritating and aggravating to have them re-do the sidings/paneling (which is NOT quiet at all) of the apartment in the middle of a pandemic while most of the population is in a work from home status. It was very much a nuisance and has made it very difficult for my work flow. Be aware this may be continuing for the months to come. Regardless

This is a great apartment complex. The management is very responsive and the maintenance guys are amazing. I usually request the service through the online resident portal and the issue can usually be fixed in a very short amount of time. The rent of this place was the lowest when you compare to the other ones in the area since there's no water cost. Highly recommend!

My apartment was fairly priced, in an ideal area (proximity to activities and highway), great amenities and support that was perfect (for example, maintenance showed up for repair only several hours after reporting a dead outlet). We also didn't have any problems when it came to noise, which contrasted with our previous apartment that seemed to have paper thin walls. Five stars for Joao who went above and beyond to help us get settled and make the experience what it was. My whole family strongly recommends Town Place!
