Apartments are good quality, well built. Had an upstairs neighbor with 2 dogs and a new born, never heard a peep from them. Noise coming in from the hall way could be better, but that's the only complain. Office staff is always kind, maintenance requests are not always answered with the expediency I would like. Snow removal could be better coordinated. Overall very happy with the apartments.

3 months in, so take this review with a grain of salt, but everything has been great so far. Spacious, well laid-out apartments. Friendly and extremely attentive concierge service (Shout out to Samantha and Dan), every nitpicking issue we had addressed within hours. Great neighbors who seem to respect each other. The location is excellent with very easy access to nearby highways, stores, SBUX, etc... We did our due diligence and looked at many other local rental options prior, and the value here was obvious.

I recently visited a friend at this apartment complex and had my car towed after unknowingly parking in a no parking zone. I was not warned before towing and had to pay $375 to the TowBoss to get my car back. There was no signage that indicated "Tow Away Zone" and was surprised when I came out to find my car gone. This is a despicable practice put into place by the complex and it must be stopped. If you read this please be careful where you park and know that you can be towed from anywhere inside the apartment complex.

I only rented for a year as we were downsizing and moving out of state. For the outrageous price you pay, go someplace else! They advertise as gated, secure complex - it is NOT - the front security gate was only closed one day the year I lived there. If you call during business hours, there is a 95% chance you will have to leave a message (but don't really expect to have the call returned). There are quite a few dog owners that don't pick up after their pets; tenants leave their garbage on their porches; I have had issues with mice (they put down glue traps because I have a dog) and

I lived here for about 2 years, and agree with previous reviews. The price is way too high for the old appliances and terrible carpeting. On move in there were dead bugs on the floor and in the light fixtures. Black stains on the carpet and places where the carpet was pulling away from the wall. There were also lots of holes in the walls that had not been repaired from the previous tenant and a curtain rod holder on one side of one of windows that I guess was too much of a hassle for them to remove before we moved in. We we turned in our damage checklist we told them about some of these major issues

Lived here for a year in 2012 based on viewing the model (which is very nice). When my wife and I moved in, the apartment smelled like dog piss because a dog lived in the unit before us and the cheap carpet was only shampooed instead of replaced. After several complaints and visits, a manager finally, reluctantly had the carpets shampooed again.
We had to DRIVE OUR GARBAGE to the trash area located blocks away from the apartment. Most people waited until the last possible moment to do this, so it always smelled like garbage. Our car also ended up getting garbage in it if there was a hole in the
