I lived in College Park for almost 5 years from 2017 to late 2021, and it was a wonderful place to live in my opinion. I was very satisfied with the quality of the apartments and the proximity to downtown Claremont, the Montclair Mall, and the bus station. I had no shortage of things to do or places to eat while I lived here.

This is a very nice apartment complex. Unfortunately we do deliveries at night and our customer has stated they don't even have gate codes for deliveries. They do have a call box but that doesn't mean the name is there. How do you deliver at 2:00 AM? ( our clients delivery window is from 11:00 pm to 5:00 AM ) HOPEFULLY YOU GUYS WILL PROVIDE A KEY FOB SO WE CAN SERVICE YOUR RESIDENTS

I've lived in this community for a yr. The neighbors are overall very respectful and the community is kept clean. The Manager Brian, is a really good manager. Anytime I've had a issue or needed help, he was very prompt in the matter. My family and I enjoyed living here. The apartment layouts are nice but small. That's the only downfall.

This complex has been nothing but HORRIBLE. WE have been dealing with a wasp infestation since April. I am reporting new nests 8/1/2020, we previously reported 7/8/2020, and 6/9/2020.
When the pest specialist came out he informed us that the crickets and wasps were being caused by lack of cleaning being done by College Park.
We have continuously… reached out to make management aware of this problem but are met with excuses.
As of 8/1/2020 we are still being told two months later that the issue has been dealt with.
This morning 8/1/2020 we had several wasps IN our living room. As of now they

Appliances are very old and they don't fix it. They just tell you it is what it is! Bathtub is very small. They don't have lights in living room and none of the two bedrooms. Maintenance staff just show up very quickly but don't fix important issues. They can help you replace the kitchen light but nothing else will be fixed. Good luck with your next nightmare! This is 2016 and your stove broil is under the stove (useless). I have never seen such old appliances in my life and they do not want to fix these issues.

I am very pleased living here at College Park. The office and maintenance staff are very professional and friendly. I was a bit nervous moving from San Diego to the inland empire but I simply love my apartment. The Grounds and amenities are always clean and well kept. There is shops at walking distance which is cool. I would highly recommend this community to my family and friends. But my favorite thing living here is that my apartment comes with all the appliances and the washer and dryer are a huge plus!

My wife and I moved here almost a week ago. One of the most important factors that helped us to make our final decision to move to this complex was their leasing office staff and complex beauty, of course. The leasing office and complex manager are so friendly, nice and helpful. Our leasing consultant was Lindsay. She is so nice, polite and friendly. She kindly and patiently helped us through the application process and cared about our concerns regarding some minor problems that we found in the unit. They fixed all of them quickly.

For me this is a great place to live because it puts me right in between the mountains where I love to hike and ski, and my job in Ontario. I’m about six months into my lease and really have no complaints with apartment living, coming from a previous homeowner. I’ve had to call maintenance one time and they had quick turnaround. I spent a while searching for a good apartment locally, but most were old and not presentable enough to look at, much less live in.
