I've lived here for more than 5 years. When Daisy was here she was amazing, very attentive to all matters, very welcoming and willing to talk to people. Tyonni on the other hand sits in her office away from her staff and is very combative with her tennants. I will probably not be renewing my lease, I love many things here but many things I do not like which have been addressed and her sweep under the rug approach doesn't sit well with me.
I've never seen her actually go out onto the grounds to see what can be done to make things better here, she's very hands off and unfortunately the responses

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. At first it was good. Dara and Daisy were great and very attentive and friendly. However, once the new manager, Tyonni, started things went downhill. She is so rude and unprofessional and disliked by at least our entire building. Nothing has been fixed in the apartment since March (broken toilet, smelly drains, water drips and bad water amongst other things “due to COVID” but yet demand inspections with little notice. In addition, they raise the rent 10% every month until you sign a lease which is already ridiculously high for what you

The manager Tyonni is rude and disrespectful. If you are not on a lease they will raise your rent every month until you sign one. They also will do this without 30 days notice (which is illegal) and they do not do repairs. We had the water sent in to be tested because it smelled like mildew (to which maintenance said to just not use the kitchen sink) and it failed the water test. Other neighbors have mold growing through from other units. On top of all these issues there are roaches. Overall a total nightmare.

We passed credit check and ID verification we paid insurance and deposit and we are refused to enter because Daisy Allende refuse to accept ID scan over email or video call because of "policy". Asked for a favor to show ID of all who will live there immediately and then ID of remote guarantor 2 days after lease start date and they said that is not possible and we should go away. Deposit of course not to be returned. Awesome!

Appliances are outdated, Inside apartments. Their has to be at least one person to answer the phones in the office right? No one answers. The pool area is minimum to 2 people from what a woman told me. They could not allow a full family, or a party of guests.

Not quite sure where the hate is coming from below but I spent a year living here and it was a fine apartment. I had a one bedroom facing the mountains which I enjoyed, never had an issue with parking and found all the fixtures to be much better than other apartments nearby. If you want a top notch apartment then you must look here.
