Worst place I lived in my life, a living nightmare, I fell into a deep depression living here from 2018~2019. To be fair, ill mention the things I did like about living here too in my review. But even the positives, arent enough to redeem the Lexington Townhomes.
I liked the location, right next to Montclair Place & I-10. The MP has a gigantic mall, many stores, & restaurants nearby. Plenty of greenery inside and outside the complex. A pool, a gym (its tiny), rec area w/ bbq grills, & refreshment machines (also tiny). Our place wasnt anything stunning for +2.7k/month, but it sufficed. We he had

I really love this apartment and the on site staff is wonderful. Donnell is always very helpful and kind. The maintenance staff is great as well. They are very quick to respond to service requests and have always had a fix for me. That being said, the company that owns the apartment complex is horrible to deal with. They are completely oblivious to any real issues and not at all helpful when you need help. Don't even bother looking to them with any issues. They really couldn't care less about their tenants. If you decide to move here, work directly with the on site staff because they rock. They

I have lived here for 3 years, the new management has been a lot more efficient in handling any issues, Darnell in the office has worked quickly to rectify any problems we have had with apartment. I also wanna give a shout out to then maintenance crew they've been very courteous and clean with their work! These are old appartments the airconditing is tuff the upstairs is hot and it costs a pretty penny with Edison but, over all it's looking up! Thank you!

I lived at Lexington for about 7 years. I stayed there that long because of the location from work, school and my family.
The air conditioner did not work. In one month, I paid $600 for electricity. The next month, I paid double the amount of electricity from the last month. I stopped using the air conditioning because it didn’t work. I never used the heater because it didn’t work.
Come to find out, there was no instillation in the apartment, which is why my electricity bill was $1200 dollars the third month. The cool and heater air just went out the cracks of the windows, doors and ceiling

If I could give 0 stars I would. The town homes are so cute and set up so nicely. However everything is SUPER CHEAP. I have had to have many things repaired in my home many many times. It seems that the maintenance is not all that concerned with repairs and they often have to return to finish or re-fix whatever it was that was broken. They also never clean up after themselves. I have had to clean up dirt, nails, and debris from almost every maintenance request we have put in. Just yesterday I found nails left behind on my patio. We also found out that when they repainted out fence they painted

This place is HORRIBLE! Something is always broken because everything is super cheap and poorly constructed. The dish washer just makes a lot of noise but cleans nothing, the toilet constantly runs, the shower leaks, and the water stinks. When I moved in I was told the carpet was replaced/new, however it was not! It was shampooed at best. A nail was buried in the carpet with the sharp side up and my daughter stepped on it puncturing her foot. The blinds, and vents were extremely dirty with fur balls and dust covering the surface. I could go on and on forever about how herendous this place is. The

Mostly reasonable, but the A/C was broken and they wouldn't fix it. Set thermostat to 77 and it was still 85 downstairs and 98 upstairs. For months they would only send their handy man. When they finally hired a real HVAC company to look at it, they refused to do what he said was required to fix it.
Also, they didn't return the full deposit because they claimed they had to pay over $400 to paint one room.
