Managers got covid and worked a few days without caring for the community and the risk they put other people in. The sinks, washers, dryers and garages break all the time. Office never answers, rude and they walked into our apartment to test the fire alarm without ever giving us notice.

I've lived here for 8 years! I'm sad to say, that all the negative reviews are keeping 100! Unfortunately, I have had 2 maybe 3 years of okay service, but the rest have been beyond unprofessional, unkind, scary to say the least. I want to agree 100% with Ashley M. is correct about the annual fire alarm check, this has been checked just once before that I recall. Now, Courtney mentioned the lack of cleanliness, and I like to add the pool, jacuzzi, and bathrooms to the list! they've been beyond disgusting! I have never dealt with a group of people who are this lazy. Management gets absolutely nothing done. They never answer their phones, make empty promises about completing tasks, and are just overall incompetent:) do yourself a favor and find another place to live!

Part three: They were doing "annual" fire alarm checks. Annual means yearly iv been here two years and this is the first time they have done it. They placed a letter on our door stating it would be on Nov 17 9-5:30. They asked us to place all pets in a safe spot on this date. On Nov 15 at 8:45 am all the fire alarms went off in the apartment complex for two hours. They welcomed themselves into my home. When i asked why they were doing it on the 15 and not the 17 like the letter states the worker said, "oh idk anything about that." Sir, isn't this your job!? This is place

We just recently moved in to an amazing apartment at The Paseos. Maria was so helpful throughout the leasing process and answered any questions we had. This was our first time moving out and Maria made it easy. We were so pleased with the great communication and helpfulness their team brought. We love it here and we are so excited we get to call it home. The location is great, the neighbors are respectful, and it feels really safe. Highly suggest looking further into these apartments.

Our management threw a pool party for our community recently and it was extremely fun. I'd like to thank our manager Betty and the staff for the unlimited complimentary pepperoni pizza, chips, drinks, the raffles (my daughter won a generous Amazon gift card for the dart-throwing contest), and for the cool DJ! The pool party helped everyone bond with each other better and Betty and Jeselle have a great heart for residents which makes it feel more like we live in a four star 'resort' rather than in apartments.

I called in hoping to get information on leasing a unit and fought an uphill battle trying to get any information. I spoke with a woman named Pam? who was unprofessional, rude and could not be bothered to acquire a lease or answer my questions. I'm not sure how she's a manager at this point, but her inability and disinterest in assisting me while trying to get information speaks volumes about her management style and the quality of leadership she displays at her property. I would like to start off by just simply saying how good maintenance is every time I put in a request. The office on the other hand is not good at all. I call and call and call and I don't get any answers. They have a voicemail that is broken. So how do they keep up with the people that call. When I email I never get a responses. When I walk into the office they all have attitudes which is beyond me. I work Monday through Friday I leave way before 9am and by the time I make it home the office is closed so it's just really all together hard to communicate back and forth with staff especially

I am on the hunt for a new location to live. I have always rented a back house because I do not like the communities with apartment living. Whenever I go to a leasing office it's always a salesman trying to get me to put a deposit down. I was hesitant to come here because it looks more of an upscale and uptight environment and thought I wouldn't be given a chance. Jeselle was the employee who helped me and I couldn't have asked for anyone better, I don't even think anyone is better than her.

The Paseos at Montclair, is a Beautiful complex with amazing amenities. It's clean, quiet and offers a friendly community. Josh, Pam, and Betty are very helpful and professional. There very responsive and hands on, I value all the hard work they do for our community. The Maintenance staff is very friendly, polite, and are extremely efficient. All in all, a great place to live!!!

I am a current tenant and have been for 1 year. This past weekend our management threw a pool party for our community. They had a Dj, OPEN BAR (Yes unlimited  free alcohol) and yummy food! They had games with gift card prizes. It was the perfect setting to meet so many neighbors, and a fun way to get to know the staff. It felt like Vegas at home. The Paseos is a great option if you never need anything at all. Their apartments are beautiful and the area is good. My biggest problem with them is they are never available to help with anything. I have been in the process of moving out for about a month now and nobody has contacted me about my deposit or the process the office needs from me. Nothing. I don't know if because of COVID they have decided to work shortened hours for some strange reason without letting anybody know but no matter what time of day I call, I never get any response. These apartments are undeniably beautiful and our experience living here for over a year as mostly been good! Maintenance crew is prompt and amazing, and the amenities would have been great if we weren't here during a global pandemic. Unfortunately, our biggest complaints have been around homeless loitering, hanging out on our porch at times, and taking belongings like slippers and throw pillows from there. Secondly, management and office staff are a mixed bag. Jeselle and Joshua have been helpful the few times we spoke with them, so thank you guys!! Other office staff have not cared to be

This a beautiful community. Looks like apartments but feels like home. Anyone looking to be a resident here, would not regret it. Jeselle one of the leasing agents was great to help find us a great home. But I must say if you interested you need to act fast very fast. These apartments fly like if it was a Black Friday deal. Highly recommend coming here.

This is my first apartment hunting experience and it was during the pandemic. I was nervous about finding a place but as soon as I got the call from Mark from the paseos and had the opportunity to check it out, I knew I had to grab it! It's so accommodating and it came with everything I needed to make my moving experience so brisk! Fridge, oven, dish washer, washing machine & a maintenance guy on call! I'm a happy girl! Just recently I woke up to my light fixture in the kitchen that fell half way down and within one hour I had our maintenance guy knocking at the door to fix it! I

The office does not respond to your requests unless you keep calling or emailing them. Also, during Covid the office let's residents go into pool and jacuzzi and not complete work orders. My washer is still broken, my for still hasn't been replaced, my rent portal took 4 months to reset (after many money orders later, which was a hassle)

Every time I called they responded with attitude and lack of professionalism and understanding. Below is a picture of the e-mail attempting to resolve all my work orders. I highly do not recommend this community.

Shout out to Joshua for making our move so easy! The approval process was a breeze and my new 3 bedroom is everything I needed. The process was super simple and he kept us updated throughout each step I cannot thank him enough! We love our new place!

P.S. I also appreciate the COVID procedures that are being followed. They are clear and concise and safe.

I'm not too sure if this quarantine has mentally effected anyone else but I can guarantee that it definitely has here. So let's start with the fact that we've had to fill out 2 applications for this house because the person who had helped us made us fill the application backwards as well as promising to not have to fill out the vehicle registration for the 2nd application. Also promising us our 2 parking spots and a garage.

Now I just want to know why barely 2-3 months of living here, we still don't have parking permits (being this place has been here for 6 years). We&apos
