We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

I rembr how nice this place was in 2014.. I know there's a low Workers drought right now. But dang!! The Doggie stations are neglected. It smells soo bad, the Dog wouldn't even go.. I feel sorry for the Dogs at this point.
I guess it's hard to get people to comply,, but people are neglecting the DOG PARK PRIVILEGES!!! And not to mention the kid I almost hit on the skateboard!! Sheesh. The rent keeps going up & the Qualiry of Park Central keeps depleating.. If your going to charge more rent, then the Owners & management needs to do more to make the property great!!

A very nice and quiet place to live! Amenities are great and the gated community is a plus. Guest parking sucks tho and you need to contact the main office for a guest parking pass but the main office never responds to my email or picks up the phone. It's like they muted me lol. Other positives are the maintenance team! Trent and Alonzo are homies and are super friendly and helpful with whatever you need. If only the main office were more responsive to their tenants' needs then maybe the living experience here would be better and they wouldnt get bashed on so much.

My review is more about the maintenance team!! Trent and Alanza are so amazing they help me whenever I need them. They also go above and beyond to make sure that everything is in perfect condition. They are around the property keeping it in order. They have been so helpful and I'm thankful. Outside of that parking sucks you can not have unplanned company because you need a permit to have a visitor park in visitor parking and you can only get that during business hours and getting someone on the phone in the office is hard.

I can't regret living here but the OFFICE STAFF here is just unprofessional. I have placed a washer and dryer service due to malfunction on dryer. i placed my request on 03/20/2021 on the park central website and nobody contacted me until i called they found my request but we set up an appointment from 10am to 1pm and it's 1:36pm on 03/24/2021 i hate to do this but i need someone to take care of this ASAP.

I don't live here but my sisters do. My wife and kids come visit often. Usually we park outside of the complex due to lack of Visitor parking. I guess management recently changed guest parking policies. We came to visit my sisters and parked in a visitors parking spot. There was a sign stating that visitors required a permit and will be towed if no permit shown. We were there a few hours. Needless to say $425 dollars later I recovered my vehicle.
First off, how are visitors able to get a permit if NOONE is in the office to obtain one?

I will submit another rewview once our lease is over if things get better, but our move in process has been a literal nightmare.
Granted, things are a little different now with being in a pandemic and everyting being "no contact" but the lack of professionalism, the lack of care, the disorgnization and the run around we have experienced is truly unacceptable.
When we applied and placed our holding deposit, we heard nothing. When we called for updates, you could not get through to the leasing office. Instead you are routed to the "central call center" that can only leave messages on your behalf

Still planing on updating at the end of our lease, but 10 days in and it's still a terrible experience.
Our toilets and our washing machine were all disconnected with the valves off. In addition, our water heater pilot was off so we did not have hot water for the first couple days.
Water is currently coming up from underneath the floorboards in our laundry room/kitchen and the master bedroom sink is leaking into the cabinet below.
As of now we still don't have our second parking space (having to park in guest parking) . And still do not have a gate key opener.

Kody and Tunisia are so, so nice, friendly, and accommodating. They made the move in process so easy, and always made sure we were okay and everything was to our satisfaction. Kody is always so prompt to answer any of my concerns and questions, and goes the extra step to make sure our house has everything we need. The apartment is one of the most spacious and well equipped I have ever lived in. Thank you to everyone at Park Central!

I love the place. Beautiful grounds and great floor plans. The office and maintenance staff is wonderful. That being said continuing to raise rent at the time of a global pandemic with the unemployment rate through the roof is really not what the property should be doing. Especially when almost half of the year we were unable to use any of the amenities we pay for.

First, the location. The complex is located near major shopping areas, groceries, restaurants, pet hospitals, everything we need is a within 2-3 miles. There is even a fantastic bike/hike/pet walking trail we can catch two blocks away.

Requested for cleaning upon move in, had to clean it myself and they state they resolved the issue. Dryer caught FIRE after many complaints that it wasn’t working right. Difficult to get ahold of the office and new management is unprofessional. Fireplace has to be taken apart just to turn on. Gym area smells of urine. Trash always overflowing. Don’t expect your deposit back regardless of how good you leave the place. “no such thing as normal wear and tear” Best thing about living here was it pushed us to buy a home since any type of convenience/benefit of renting was lost here.
