Our stay at River Oaks was phenomenal, from superior customer service to outstanding housekeeping services. This is a great place and will highly recommend to others new to the area. If you have a business or are a professional this place is quiet, there's a courtesy officer on site. Maintenance requests are handled in timely manner by competent maintenance professionals. Thanks for the amazing experience, just relocating to something bigger for my family. Josue and his management staff go above and beyond to create a community feel and provide an extraordinary experience to residents. 100% recommend

I lived at River Oaks Apartments for 6 1/2 years and loved it. It has a great community of people and its management is, by far, the best I have ever experienced. They are easy to work with, want to ensure the apartment is a good community for everyone, and keep it safe. I would have stayed at the complex if I hadn't moved out of state.

I lived there for 6 years and it is the best apartment my wife and I have ever lived in. Management is very friendly and easy to work with if issues come up. Prices are very reasonable and they're pet-friendly (and other tenants are actually good about cleaning up after their dogs!). The neighborhood is generally quiet since it's next to a golf course.

Overall I have really enjoyed living here. I have had very few inconveniences and when I have the office staff have been very kind and quick to fix what they can. The pricing is good for the type of apartment you get and the price is very upfront. What they say you will pay is actually what you pay. The parking is good and the complex is always clean. The only things that have ever bothered me are inconvenient behavior from third party vendors which the complex addressed immediately after I brought them to their attention. Renters beware!!! I stayed at the extended stay furnished apartments while my house was being built. During my horrible stay there I was discriminated against and herrased terrible for having a service dog with me. The management there will not enforce there own parking rules so you will never have a spot to park. If you complain about the mold in the apartments like I did they will kick you out, just like they did me. The management staff is so unfriendly and like to bully and miss treat people with disabilities. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't stay in this outdated, mold infested place

I'm somewhat of an apartment nomad. I usually bounce from apartment to apartment and the longest I've ever stayed in one complex was 13 months. This place has it covered from a through z. The management is grade A and is always willing to work with the tenants. The maintenance team is respectful, quick, and effective. The tenants are quiet (except for this one jack*** who kept playing the banjo). After 2 and a half, almost 3 years, I'm finally moving out due to a family emergency but it's sad to leave the place behind! The owner of the complex should be proud of the people he has hired. I have been staying at River Oaks since September 2020 I had the most wonderful experience with the staff and With the overall way that the property is maintained. In November 2020 I moved over to the apartment side and it’s been the best decision ever.I absolutely love the apartment complex and the down to earth management Josue and Jennifer are The absolute sweetest people you could ever meet. River Oaks are the best apartments around! Jennifer and Josue make a great management team and they are always so helpful and kind. The maintenance team rocks and is always on top of work orders and will get them done fast. I would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a good apartment at an affordable cost.

My husband and I lived in these apartments for 5 years. When we first moved in, the management team was very helpful and the apartment was a comfortable place to live. However, the management team changed about halfway through our stay and the new management was terrible. Every summer we lived there, the air conditioning went out, the apartment flooded, or both. In each of these scenarios, working with the management team was unbearable. They were unresponsive to our complaints and failed to provide accurate ETA's. They would continuously assure us that we would not have these problems again

Best place I ever lived! Complex is clean, groomed, and well maintained. Apartment is well insulated and well planned. Covered parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also exceptionally convenient location right off I-15 easy to get downtown. Also quiet and private. Easy access to the River Walk. Plenty of shopping in walking distance.

Stayed for two months this summer. Excellent room on the third floor, enjoyed the pool and the area. Reasonable cost (about $55/day), great staff in the office! Highly recommend it for business travelers and short term travelers. Easy access to I-15 and restaurants, etc. My spouse and I were very happy overall with our stay here.

My daughter & I rented a suite for 5 months and it was the perfect home-away-from-home! I can only rave about the location, the views, the cleanliness, and the comfort. Shauna is absolutely wonderful. She and her assistants are very professional, helpful, friendly, and on top of every detail. The price is right, and the weekly housecleaning is a real treat too. We absolutely loved our stay!

I came to talk about leasing on 2/15/2014 and Shana was to busy on her call to acknowledge us, and when she finally did she did not put down the phone simply moved the receiver, told me she had no two bedrooms and to check back. It was not a welcoming feeling and I will not waist my time renting from management that cant give you that welcoming feelings. I actually left with the feeling I was bothering her, when I was looking to be a paying tenant.
The location is in a great area, however getting and and out was also a pain. as it is right on 90th south and is a very busy street.
