LOVE LOVE LOVE the baked goods! Everything on the menu is euphoric, however not super impressed with the attitude of the people who work here. They literally always act like it's a bother to interact with a customer and I can feel their eyes rolling to the back of their head any time I say anything. Will still come back for the vegan cake and coffee though!

I stumbled upon this place looking for a vegan chocolate fix. The person at the counter informed me all of the options were vegan. To myself I said she doesn't understand vegan. After reading the reviews I see they are vegan! Yay! I love this place. The staff is always great! I'm from SF and it's a joy to go here and not have to hear chipper nonsense!!!!

Rude inhumane customer service. Take no accountability for their mistakes. I ordered a pie for thanksgiving and couldn't pick it up on Wednesday because i was sick. Then I got a text that the pie was shipped. Nothing arrived. They were closed on Thursday so called Friday morning and they told me the pie is no longer there and they cant refund me. In a cold tone of course. I asked where the pie is and I couldn't get a clear answer. They took no accountability for sending a wrong text communication, did not offer an alternative, instead took my money and may have sold the pie? Or took it

If you're looking for a cozy spot to have a warm drink while catching up with friends, Timeless Coffee is your spot.
Everything here is vegan so there is no up charge for oat milk, almond milk, soy milk or whatever your alternative to dairy is. I usually order a hot cocoa and it hits the spot during foggy mornings. You can truly taste the cocoa there's a bit of bitterness to it which I prefer and shows that they are using the real goods instead of just pouring a cup of Nesquick.
Whether you're vegan or not, they have delicious pastries and drinks so come support this local shop

I went there recently only to stand in line and come to the counter to be told my only options for an expensive coffee drink were dairy free. There is no large sign saying "Timeless Vegan Cafe". There should be. I'm happy that people decide to make choices based on their needs. What I'm not happy with is pretentious servers acting like I'm a horrible person for wanting milk in my coffee. That should be my choice, just like it is your choice to be vegan. I am disappointed that this is not an inclusive environment of some vegan options and some non-vegan options. To me it

Have been coming here for a few years, surprised I haven't written a review before this. Really cute, funky coffee and pastry shop along Piedmont Avenue. Have tried a bunch of their cakes, donuts and pastries, but most recently enjoyed an iced tea, a raspberry glazed donut and a pesto roll. The tea was really interesting and seemed to have some sort of vanilla flavor? Either way, it was delish! The pesto roll was so squishy and so full of pesto cheesy goodness - the dough was so delicious. I could honestly eat one of those every single day, and look forward to trying the pizza roll next time

Over 7 years later and I still love Timeless. Their iced black tea is so delicious, I don't know what magic they do to get it so flavorful. I know, I know who orders tea...but it's good. The cheesecake had more of a a coconut cream flavor now which isn't my favorite, but the texture is perfect and the crust is delicious. This is the cafe to go to if you're on Piedmont ave. If you're vegan and you want a treat get your butt here ASAP
Pros:
Tons of baked goods
All vegan
It all tastes good, non-vegans won't hate it
Beautiful cafe
Little outdoor seating set ups
Cons

I made a quick stop here on my way home from Berkeley to finally check out their delectable vegan baked goods. I was BLOWN AWAY by the selection! There were cakes, twinkies with icing, donuts, savory pastries, cookies, empanadas, croissants.... There was a line out the door so I had to make my decision quickly once it was my turn. I resorted to buying the pesto cheese roll, croissant, and chocolate chip cookie.
I can definitely see why people come here and don't bother telling non-vegans that this place is vegan. It has been a long while since I've ever had a cheese roll thing of any

Seemed to have a wide range of bakery items and pastries, but kind of limited on coffee options. They offer all the basic drinks, and not much else. All their milks are dairy-free. When we were ordering, it seemed like they didn't have much stock? Or maybe we just came at an unlucky time where they ran out (it was a Sunday at noon though...). One of my friends asked for I think caramel syrup (forgot exactly what flavor) and they didn't have it. Then when my friends ordered Mochas instead, they said they ran out of chocolate. Then quickly the worker in the back said never mind and that

I haven't been here in ages but it was SO GOOD! Better than I remember. The customer service was great, they let me take my time looking at all the beautiful things in the dessert and pastry case before ordering.
The shop has nice flow to it - if you're placing an order you enter through one side opposite of folks picking up online orders. They have a few spots to wait inside and some cute lil bistro tables outside. It looked nice and steady, people hanging out and enjoying themselves.

Okay, here's how it went down:
Stood in line for 10 or so minutes to order
Ordered said coffee then waited outside
Got a phone call from mom
Answered said call from mom to pass the time
Name was called almost immediately
(Minor awkwardness trying to be polite to both barista and mom on phone)
Got my coffee and started the walk home
Cut mom off mid sentence with a
"Holy crap this coffee is amazing!"
I just ordered a simple almond-milk latte with a bit of sugar and was just blown away by the depth of flavor. They added the perfect amount of sugar that didn't overpower the coffee

I'm not vegan but I happily drink espresso with plant-based milk! My oat milk cappuccino ($4.5) was pretty good. Minus one star for the cost and for it taking a while to come out.
The desserts looked delectable. I could be convinced to try one another time.
There was also an option to preorder and pick up your order (sort of like at Starbucks). Seemed pretty efficient!

I tried a few treats from here - a slice of their triple chocolate mousse tart, the tiramisu cake, and a slice of the mango tres leches cake. All their sweets are vegan which is surprising when you try it. The chocolate mousse cake is also gluten free but the rest were not. I think the chocolate mousse was my favorite from the bunch (not pictured unfortunately). The cake base is made with coconut and I loved the hint of coconut with the chocolate flavor. I liked that it tasted light yet it was still indulgent. It was also topped with fresh berries. The tiramisu cake had flavors that remind you

This continues to be one of my favorite vegan businesses and I like to visit once every 2-3 months from Sacramento.
My favorite time of year to come is in the fall when they have pumpkin items on their menu, but really any time of year is a great time to visit.
I learned recently that they only have their croissants on the weekends, so that's just something to expect if you end up coming here on a weekday.
On my most recent visit I got a vegan breakfast burrito and vegan strawberry donut. Both were quite delicious and satisfying.
I also love this location in Piedmont and always have

One star for them
TWo stars for coffee
Three stars for donuts

Attitude the whole way through and no attempt to even work with me.
Been coming here for years- and bringing the whole family of five. Supported them when covid came. Kids love the place and we made this our family weekend joint. Always dealt with the snootiness and the casual racism that helps support the place. This time it was just the end. We ordered online- it said no cinnamon rolls so we got a chocolate donut for our kid. They substituted a nutella donut. We got there and told them he has a nut allergy can we change
