The Galette des Rois, celebrating the Epiphany, consists of flaky puff pastry layers with a dense center of frangipane. Tradition holds that the cake is "to draw the kings" to the Epiphany. A figurine, la fve, which can represent anything from a car to a cartoon character, is hidden in the cake and the person who finds the trinket in his or her slice becomes king for the day and will have to offer the next cake.

Disrespectful and rude to black customers. I've gone 3 times and each time I've had bad experiences. The lady is extremely unfriendly and cold. The first 2 times I tried to engage her but she just stared and waited for me to order. The 3rd time, there was a white couple who came in and she was so friendly. Gave them a box and answered questions. When I go in, she just stares at me and tries to rush me out. She jams my pastries in a bag and smashes the lemon pastry. I ordered enough to have a box but she put it all in a bag and mentally calculated 8 pastries that all have different prices. Didn

This place is amazing. The canele, in particular, is top notch. It has a nice crackle but the inside is just set. Super moist and custardy. The kouign amann are also amazing. The one I had was filled with apples and topped with nutella. Buttery, flaky, and altogether well balanced. I will definitely be going back.

Our favorite little neighborhood secret. Alain and his team are the friendliest people who make delectable and legit French pastries all wrapped up in a casual and no fuss bakery environment. Though some items are seasonal (like the unbelievable coconut danish), trust me when I say you also can’t go wrong with the classics!

This is the real deal. Authentic european pastries in an attractive local bakery. Like a candy store but for pastries! I have bought baked goods here and always impressed by the quality of the pastry and fillings. Not too sweet. Can also order cakes ahead of time. Highly recommended! Come support local business!

This is an authentic French bakery that will transport you. The croissants come stuffed with different fillings: chocolate, almond, pistachio, strawberry, raspberry, and combinations thereof. There are also mouth watering savory pastries such as mushroom and truffle oil and ham and brie. Go early before they sell out!
