€śGated community” with walk-in access from the next door shopping plaza (sidewalks large enough for a vehicle to pass through and into the property).
Thermostat settings are archaic and nearly impossible to override, they do not offer humidity control. This means that you will routinely be woken up by your AC being overridden to 82F at night, regardless of what you have set, and will have recurrent problems with mold and mildew. Definitely not a thermostat reflective of “luxury” apartments.
Construction shortcuts and imperfections apparent all over the units. Kitchen floors have resin

The day we were supposed to move in, our unit had a water heater go bad and it flooded. They put us in a different (unfinished) unit.
My new unit flooded (at 3am) within a few months of living here. Another water heater had broke on the third floor and leaked all the way down to the first. I was told about 6/7 water heaters had gone bad already and they knew about this issue before my apartment was affected (and no, this brand new complex doesn’t have ANY water leak alarms). Mold grows on my ceiling & on my clothes and they claim it has nothing to do with the flooding.
I’ve had to call maintenance

Loudest apartment I have rented. You can hear everyone in your building and their dogs that are barkers. I am a current resident and miserable losing sleep right now attempting to try to get the above tenant to lower their music at 12.45AM going into a WEDNEADAY. Issuing complaints for loud neighbors goes no where. Bugs all over the buildings infested. Not a great environment for good dogs. I would not recommend renting at Estero Parc to anyone. This has QUICKLY turned into a college dorm apartment complex. I work full time 8-5 Mon-Fri… If you wish for peace and quiet RUN AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Came to look at the place. As I toured, bugs filled the hallways. Elevator wasn’t clean. RED FLAG 🚩 I ended up settling for the one she said. So I decided to come right back within the same hour. Not even 45 minutes went by and she claim the unit was taken. You can’t even get processed within 30 minutes it usually takes a couple days. So how did someone come and take the unit I specifically said I wanted. It’s a no for me.

We are so grateful to have stumbled along this great little luxury apartment community. Giselle and Steven have been great at making us feel welcome and at home. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and have some special "extras" that make daily living easy. Who wouldn't live Valet trash service! The pool is amazing and everyone we meet is friendly! This complex is in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The front office staff is working hard to schedule COVID friendly community building events including outdoor food truck events and fun at the pool. We are thankful to be a part of
