Bedbugs Bedbugs Bedbugs.. is all I have to say, the property makes minimal effort to rid the nasty bugs because they have an ongoing open ended contract with a certain pest control company, so if the pest control company gets rid of the bedbugs completely, they wouldn't have any business for this building. Hence they do just the bare minimum for documentation sake. So if you love bedbugs and would like to deal with a property that doesn't care, please feel free to move into Monterey Place.
