It’s a great leasing company for the price. I lived in Eddingham Place Apartments and every maintenance request I put in was handled promptly. It was a great first apartment to have. Everything was clean when I moved in. The only issue I ever had was a maintenance worker entering without knocking one time, but they apologized and I hadn’t had any issues since.
For a college student moving to a new city, the area is close to campus and a great price for what it is. I loved living and renting from cherry hills!!

Yet again Cherry Hill properties has no respect for their tenants or their time. I waiting all day today for maintenance to come and fix my bathroom toilet and they stated they would be out today. Yet surprise… surprise nobody showed up. I never got a call saying nobody was coming today or anything. Disrespectful and unprofessional is what cherry hills properties are…

I have lived in my apartment for almost nine months.
First of all, last winter, my furnace ran all the time at 70 degrees, I notified the manager of the problem, they sent the maintenance man to replace the thermostat and the heat and air company to look at it and that didn’t solve the problem! Even this summer my air conditioner runs constantly at 73 degrees!
Just to add, they charge you a 20.00 (city service) free on top of your rent whatever that is! And to top it all off, They send me renewal notices three months before my lease is up and want to raise my rent twenty dollars if I renew

Living at a Cherry Hill properties has been extremely underwhelming. We signed our lease in the fall thinking this was a nice place with updated appliances, clean and safe. Our dishwasher broke within weeks of moving in, our washing machine has broken 3 times, and when asked for urgent maintenance to come fix it, they don't categorize it as an emergency so it can take up to 2 weeks with a broken washing machine. with 3 people living here, that is just not doable. There was a gas leak in the apartment below us, that seeped into our apt and when ours was checked for gas, they found toxic chemicals

I want to say I have been living here at The Oaks for almost 4 years!! I love the commitment they put in here It has been a joy for me and my teacup Chihuahua named RIO!!! The veiw is awesome and maintenance is on top of it if I have any problems which has bee very few since I moved in!! I am 57 years old and plan to stay as long as possible!!! I give my complex 10 stars and then some!!! They have been great to me!!! I couldn't ask for a better place to live!! I simply Love it here!!!!!!!😀😀😀😀😀😀

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband and I only lived in the Crimson Apartments for a year and could not wait to get out of there. When we first moved in, the apartment was not cleaned at all but we didn’t expect much since we were trying to save money so we let it slide and spent quite awhile trying to clean everything. The management is extremely inconsistent and things were constantly falling apart. Over the summer we spent more time at my parents than our own apartment because the temp in the apartment never went below 80 degrees. We complained to management countless times. They

I loved my apartment unit and was very satisfied with how it looked. Cute place that was somewhat renovated but also was not expecting much for a college apartment. The reason for 2 stars is due to how the company tries to rip you off so make sure to take pictures when you move in and out. They claimed we did not clean the fridge or freezer even though we left it spotless. They charged $250 for wall paint after we moved out even though we had a small 3 bedroom unit. They also charged $286 for cleaning because the base boards were not clean. They claimed we got paint on door handles and the blinds

The have a great team of people who work here. I moved in two weeks ago and had a couple of maintenance things i needed done(special needs) and they got right on them . the maintenance crew went out of their way to clean up after the work. They also have worked with me in the office to get the paperwork i needed done in a timely manner.
