Brittany Square Apartments

We have been here for two years now. The previous owner was nice but allowed the place to fall apart. The new owners have cleaned up the place, remodeled most units. In addition they got the pool fixed, put in a dog park, grilling outdoor area for residents. There is a large field for kids to play, and the circle parking also provides good walking/running space with minimal traffic. They have really improved the complex. The location is good with two restaurants within walking distance, liquor store and Walgreens. Ten minute walk to downtown area, parks, pool, restaurants. Walking trail two minutes

Worse place I have every lived. They have roaches , ants, water bug, fruit flies, name a bug an it’s here. The pipes under the sink fall off randomly, water will be all over the floor, management will tell you that that not a emergency and wants to charge you 50 dollars to come and fix their broken stuff. I planned to move as soon as my lease is up. They don’t deserve one star.

I lived at this place only for 3 months but I loved this place. It was closed to my work and really pleasant place to live. Jimmy( owner of this community) was a great person. He returned my full deposit as he promised, on the day I left this place. I would recommend to all my friends and colleagues for this place.

My husband and I lived here for a short 2 years. Jim is probably the best landlord anyone could ask for. We especially loved living next to Al and upstairs above us George. They were both a joy to be around! When our A.C. broke it was fixed the same day! No complaints at all! Highly recommend to everyone and anyone!
