I’ve always loved the Willows of Grayslake! This is my second time residing here. The apartments are always clean and very spacious. The bedrooms are much bigger than the average apartment complex or home. The property manager on-site Senada is absolutely amazing, she is always quick to resolve any issues and make sure you are accommodated. I have not had one issue that hasn’t been resolved within 72 hours (typically 24 hour turnaround) in the two years I’ve resided in the Willows of Grayslake.

Tomorrow I’m moving out of the Willows of Grayslake after a year. I’m really going to miss it. I’m moving out for personal reasons. This has been a great place to live and I would not count it out in the future. I’m a single mom, and my daughter and I have always felt safe here.
Senada is more than you could ever ask for. She was amazing during the move in process, and even better while we lived there. I recently moved into this complex and so far I don't have any complaints. Senada is a dream to work with very sweet, polite, and willing to go above and beyond. The one bedroom I have on the second floor is spacious and the bedroom has a wonderful walk in closet. There were some very tiny issues upon move in such as one or two loose kitchen cabinet doors and a nail under the carpet however maintenance was quick to offer to come resolve the issues I just have not had time due to my schedule.
