Talking with the new Property Manager Sara was a breath of fresh air! I called a few months ago and never heard back. So I decided to circle back and on Friday around lunch time expecting no one to answer, guess what! She picked up. I needed to get information on available units and timelines for move in and Sara was on all fronts great to talk with. She answered all my questions and did not get agitated when I asked quite a bit of questions. Thanks Sara!

Lived there for 3 years with my boyfriend. When we first moved in Rosemary was the property manager and did an amazing job and always answered the phone with any questions we had. The second property manager was not too bad either and helped answer questions we had about adding a pet to our lease. After her, things went downhill. When Pat was the manager, she threatened to make us get rid of our dog due to one incident where our dog had diaharreaand the mess did not get cleaning up fast enough. Had a 3 minute conversation with ‘Monica’ asking if any rooms were available. she said none for August or September... i was just trying to think about what i was gonna say so i simply filled in the awkward silence with saying “interesting” & she got all defensive & rude talking about if i saw a review or something online because if so i should bring it to her attention. monica has problems. like girl, i was just trynna think of what to say 😭😂 i can’t imagine how she treats the ppl who are ACTUALLY giving her their money.

Honestly, go find another complex or place to rent from. Lived there for three years, and only out of desperation was it for that long. Our apartment needed more repairs than we could list. Nothing will get repaired even with constant requests. We had a hole in our ceiling of one of our bathrooms for over a year, and then were told that it was our responsibility to continuously make requests for it to be fixed. When you move out, just wait for them to take every last penny of your safety deposit and tell you, they could have charged more. Normal wear and tear to them is an excuse to bleed your

The property manager Monica is rude and unprofessional also, She refuses to fix multiple things because of covid but is still forcing us to pay our full rent even when we got covid and were unable to work. Our AC was broken when we moved in and they tried to fix it and eventually she suggested I just keep my blinds shut to keep our the sun instead of finding the problem. The washer has also been broken and they claimed they ordered a part in November but never fixed it. Our garbage disposal doesn’t work. Some of our doors were loose and have fallen off the rails and everything is very cheap.

They are refusing to fix things in our apartment due to covid. Unfortunately we are still paying full price for rent, because these appliances are included in our rent, and they still refuse to fix it. Of course we are mad. Why should we pay full months rent with broken appliances? We are paying to have a working dishwasher, and washer and dryer in our unit. I am making a list of everything that they refuse to fix, so they do not keep our deposit. We will definitely not be renewing our lease here.

MOLD handy man did some repairs. From Air conditioning leaking water in her closet it their unit. In my moms apartment she is 80 years old and has health issues she hasn't lived there since oct. 9 because they want her to pay half of air quality, carpet, cleaning and air ducts to be cleaned before she moves back in she is suffering from respiratory issues. Patty and Linda keep saying that their president is done with my mom's apartment. I'm in contact with the health department, village news and now a lawyer what a shame that they will not check quality of air for my mom who just wants to get better

Just moved in and having a great experience so far. The management is a rare combination of efficient and nice. Usually, you get one or the other, if you're lucky. Beautiful lake. Well kept grounds. And nice folks living here too.

I've lived here for 2 years and this has been one of my easiest renting experiences. The management office and maintenance crew are responsive and friendly. The property in general is very unique and the lake is an added bonus. I've never had a problem with any of my neighbors either. All in all a good place to live.
