In moving my daughter in the apartment, it was full of roaches and cabinets full of a white powder that looks like it may be for pest control. Softball sized hole in vinyl in pantry. Just overall, not a nice feel at move-in. Not sure if they are going to get the roaches under control. As a co-signer on the apartment and an upper level property management employee, I am concerned with how the condition reflects on other aspects of follow through on maintenance, customer satisfaction, etc.

Today my sister and I stopped by the office looking for a 3bedroom and let me tell you how amazing Briston was. his personality was so welcoming he gave us a tour and took his time out to explain everything to us and also told us about the upcoming changes oh Lord I fell in love with the place we are really looking forward into moving in.

Spent almost $300 applying for a 2 bedroom, they kept every penny and said I was denied for my credit being too low. I make 3 times the rent, have no criminal backround and was told I was approved, that my deposit would just be higher. I called them back for my move in date and they told me they were keeping my $$ and there was nothing I could do. Don't waste your time applying. They will take your money with a smile on their face. These people are heartless.
