The 5 stars is only for Maria Garza , She has been very helpful and has great communication skills. She made my move out very easy . Overall new management is excellent I cant say the same for the previous management . but overall Rosemont is a great property to start at. Maintenance is great with keeping the property clean. My only complaint is that the gates are always broken and my car has gotten broken into once . but overall my stay was very peaceful here !

Apartments such like this is greedy on the price of a 2-bedroom thinking that low income people is rolling in money, owns a money tree or a bank. Not everyone is rich in this day and age, and the real reason why you increased the prices on a 2-bedroom is because of land and school taxes. Low income people gotta live somewhere besides being discriminated and told that you gotta find somewhere else because you don't make 3-times the rent. Very illegal, even the Tx General Attorney Office said it's illegal. I guess when apartments like this that states that they will work with your income (but don

Here is my experience with this deplorable apartment complex. After waiting 4 weeks to be approved because of an error on the office not submitting a small change, I was finally approved to move in August 19th. They moved me into a roach infested apartment where my children and I were crawled on while we tried sleeping at night for a week before they were finally able to move us to a different apartment. I had to take off another day of work to move and had to pay movers again and they offered nothing except a very insincere apology. When I finally did move in the new apartment, I set up my online

Rosemont is a great place to live. I’ve been here for about 8 years. The staff is amazing, especially Ms. Tina. She’s always extremely helpful and is great at her job. She makes sure that the tenants are satisfied/happy and taken care of. If there was an issue or concern, she’s always attentive and prompt when finding a resolution. Maintenance is great here as well. The complex grounds are well kept & clean. The gates do operate until someone decides to hit them (which I’ve witnessed on numerous occasions), but they get fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend moving here. It’s affordable

People working in the leasing discriminate against Latinos by not knowing how to speak English and do not the greatest effort to help or understand what they need. On the contrary when I moved to the young Leo was in the leasing at the time was very friendly and helpful and helped all are import your roots or your language
