Services
We carefully evaluate and assess meaningul health intake forms. When appropriate we will look at lab data. We also may choose to order a variety of lab tests, such as food sensitivities and adrenal panels, to name just a couple. We also use state of the art testing to quantify body composition including muscle mass, fat mass, hydration status, and cellular integrity.
The Institute is results-oriented, heavily supported with advanced education. It provides a variety of courses and workshops to choose from, participants can expect to work hard, but also learn important concepts through real-life experience. The goal of The Institute is to embody the principles of health that make a difference in the pursuit of attaining specific goals.
Many trainers understand form and fitness. But they often don't understand why. They don't know what is going on physiologically with the human body to create good human fitness. Todd understands much more than the standard trainer. And he's not beholden to one standard of training. He knows that each person is an individual that has different goals and different histories.
