I’ve been working out with Marcus for years now off and on. Something tragic in my life happened and I had to take care of my mental health. Marcus was sad to see me go but supportive because he believes mental health comes FIRST. (I totally agree)

I recommend 57 FIT to everyone looking for a trainer who customizes workouts to you, while challenging you within your limits. I've been working out with Marcus for the last 8 months and have seen great improvement with my strength, mobility, and endurance. When I first started to work out at 57 FIT I would have to have workout with knee braces, due to weak/strained joints. Now I've gained muscle and have not needed my knee braces. Marcus also customized my trainings to not be high impact on my knees. The other thing that always impresses me about Marcus as a trainer is that there have been clients

57Fit has been my gym for almost two years now. Marcus is a wonderful trainer - he's inclusive, considerate, motivating, and just an overall good guy. When I started, I didn't know the difference between a dumbbell and barbell. Now, I feel comfortable and knowledgeable and capable to do a strength training workout. I was never one for the drill sergeant type trainers and wanted to feel at home in a gym. Marcus has built an awesome inclusive community at 57Fit. He provides tailored workouts and great instruction - plus the new gym space is amazing!

5 weeks into the Community Training sessions and I'm already feeling stronger. Marcus provides a program that allows you to customize the workout to your current skill level but also pushes you when you need it. I've felt so comfortable here, asking 'silly' questions about posture, weights, or equipment, and I'm always met with helpful answers. Love the variety of moves every week - has given me ideas for what I can do at home to keep up workouts.

When I started I was lifting 5-10lbs, now I am able to do 35-165lbs depending on the movement! I'm a big girl. I pretty much hate working out. I have tried all that diet culture has to offer and all it did was make me miserable. I found 57Fit on Instagram and was intrigued by a gym that was working to be intentionally body positive and also, all the women featured seemed super powerful and like they were enjoying themselves. I followed online for a long time before I got the courage to actually sign up. There are not enough good things to say about 57Fit, Marcus and the community he is building. Marcus somehow simultaneously meets you where you are at and pushes you beyond what you thought

Marcus is amaaaazing. I'm a serious newbie and he is patient with my learning curve, and keeps the workouts really intense and ever-changing I look forward to my sessions each week to see what he's come up with. I do my sessions with my sister who is totally toned and fit, and she's getting a great workout in as well. Marcus is versatile, challenging, and just a great person to train with! I highly recommend checking him out of you're just getting back in the fitness routine or a totally seasoned pro. You won't be disappointed, you'll be delighted!!
