Ladies and gents, it's chaos out there in that food fad, workout trend, all-pain-no-gain culture. We know the frustrations of ineffective programs and unrealistic expectations, so we've created a new, customized, holistic approach to fitness. Between the thump-thump of the bad music, the thought of other people's sweat and the hollering of drill-sergeant-like trainers, it's hard to love gym culture.
Maybe it's our in-home convenience. Or our commitment to fitness results that last a lifetime, not a season. Maybe it's that we're never judgy-judgy. This summer we have experienced unprecedented demand for Happy Human Personal Training. At Happy Human, the quality of our services and the work/life balance of our trainers are top priorities. Rather than risk providing a lower quality of service we have decided to close to new clientele for the time being.

I have been working with Lonn at Happy Human for 3 months. He has been incredibly helpful on my fitness journey. He has made modifications, so I am able to get a great workout with my physical limitations. He has also been supportive and has a wide variety of exercises based on what I need. Has working with Katharina been life changing? Yes. Is she delightful? Certainly. Do I feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable? Absolutely.

Katharina is amazing! She makes our workouts fun and challenging. She motivates and pushes us to go a little further than we think we can without being forceful. She teaches us how to safely push limits without hurting ourselves and knows how to work around existing injury.
She’s easy to communicate with and very responsive when questions or schedule conflicts arise.
Very importantly, she is fantastic with our kids. They make workouts fun for them as they compete against each other. They both tell me the time flies and they’re already feeling stronger.

I have been working with Happy Human for about a year now and I am super impressed with them. My Trainer, Ryan, is really good. He listens to me, sets up routines and goals that work for my life. When I started with Happy Human, I was very irregular with working out and I had issues in my knee and elbow from old injuries. Ryan got a plan that got me on track consistently working out 4-5 times a week and included exercises that actually stopped the pain completely in my elbow and has helped with my knee. My doctor, and a PT weren't able to do this.

Bryan has been my personal trainer for the last three years and he has helped and encouraged me to work out using weights and more cardio. He has been great to work out with even when he makes me do burpees! He is very knowledgeable on exercising and dieting. I have enjoyed getting to know him and I would highly recommend him as your personal trainer!
