The first is to use the automated programming which is semi-individualized based on your goals. If you don't specify what training you want, I will assume you want the semi-individualized training.

In this article, we are going over how to correct your depressed or low shoulders using lifestyle modifications. You need to use arm rests, supports, pillows, or whatever you can under your elbows which raise up your shoulders to a neutral posture. This is me sitting down (below), and as you can see my left shoulder height is clearly depressed.

I have worked with Von off and on since my youngest (now 12 in 2019) was a baby. In addition to being on top of the latest research on fitness and nutrition he is so creative in helping with individual needs and working with what you have to set you up for success. I couldn’t get to a gym easily with an older child with special needs and he helped me find ways to exercise with my children (we ALL benefitted!) He really understands that building relationships matter when trying to make a healthier you. Highly recommend this guy!

Von is extremely diligent and attentive to meticulous details. He truly cares about getting to the root of the problem and will do extensive testing to see how your body moves so he can give the best feedback. He measures everything to evaluate posture and areas that may not be in the best alignment in order to give you techniques on how to improve posture/alignment issues. He explains every detail of why he’s doing what he’s doing and keeps good record of it. He has a calm and honest demeanor that lets you know that he truly wants you to get out of pain and/or reach your fitness goals!

Von is a guy that changed my perspective on getting in shape. He tries to understand your body and fitness level to give you a solid personal program to approach your goals. Also he's honest and won't tell you that you can get a six pack in a day, sometimes brutally so. As a person he is very kind and doesn't have an overwhelming or authoritive tone that a lot of trainers seem to have.
