We are a Private Fitness Club. A community of positive-minded individuals with similar struggles but make time to come together, support, and encourage one another to take care of our bodies and stay healthy. We are moms, dads, friends, siblings, neighbors with a common goal of staying active, improving our lifestyles for ourselves, and to inspire those looking up to us to follow the same path.
It's impossible to learn how to fight by yourself as the nature of fighting needs a partner. Without having a partner you cannot learn to create your technique effectively. The average time necessary for you to become a professional MMA fighter is about 3 years of intense work and dedication. Consistency is the one thing that pushes anybody's goals towards success.
As the name suggests, the one-on-one training session is direct in person training class as well as lifestyle coaching session that involves directly and privately interacting with the fitness coach as per you like. It is the most personalized, detailed, and efficient forms of the training session.
In this unique training class, you get to enjoy all the perks of personalized fitness training sessions but with the addition of a small group of around 4 clients. This is an excellent opportunity for you to socialize while lifting some weights! Moreover, team sessions provide you with your daily dose of motivation and support.
The average time necessary for you to become a professional Traditional Boxer is about 3 years of intense workout and dedication. Consistency is one thing that derails anybody's goals towards success. Traditional Boxing borrows from Boxing, Tae Kwondo, Karate in relation to critical striking. You'll have to spend considerable time with a punching bag developing combinations.

I have been a member at Elite Fitness Club for about 2 years, the trainers are amazing, the workouts are very different between each trainer but all amazing! My family signed up for Private training classes due to covid-19. The workout experience with the efc tem has been amazing. We train outside and inside when it gets too cold which is rare considering we're all sweaty. But the kids and myself are always looking forward to our sessions. Thanks EFC for accommodating us.

I signed up with my friends for a private group class! We absolutely loved it! The trainers at EFC are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. I liked how our trainer was able to accommodate each one of us and our needs. If you are looking for someone who will be understanding of your needs and get you to were you want to be... this is the place to start!

If your looking for a place to start or restart your health journey or a place that will work you out with results this is the place. I enjoy how the instructors aka Coaches get you motivated and the awesome workouts they have already prepared for you the moment you walk in. I specially like that they take the time to correct you posture so you don't injure yourself, or give you modification options when necessary. I highly recommend this place. Give them a try and see the difference in your body and health!

Awesome gym with great trainers. You never get bored and you always get motivated to give it your all. Trainers make you accountable of your progress and help you get to your fitness goals. They educate / help you overcome any obstacles that you might have in order to meet your objectives in your fitness goals. Everyone is welcome no matter the fitness level that you are in. I highly recommend this fitness club! It's definitely good for all fitness levels! All trainers are highly knowledgeable and skilled. I totally enjoy working out everyday with the trainers. It's a fun environment and each class workout amazing in so many different ways.

Mark at Elite body fitness is great he has been focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned

Mark is an awesome trainer. Me and my daughter's have tried his boot camp class and his cross fit and they are killer workouts. I'm always sore the next day.
This place is really nice and fully equipt. Come check it out. They also do zumba.
