This place is the worst company I've worked with they don't pay out fully on repairs. Customer service is a joke with no respect what to ever. Had to get transferred 4 times to get someone who could speak proper English and could understand what I was saying it's cheap but ur just throwing ur money away to stay legal I'm goin back to progressive it's worth every penny and u get people who care and make things right.

they sold me a full cover insurance and now the told me they won't fix my car cause is kind of old model, is a lost, but they did not told me that when they sold me the insurance

Most of the time these agents or customer representatives are helpful.
But apparently some of the non-English speaking agents assume it's totally okay for them to simply keep hanging up the phone on you because THEY don't know English. I understand speaking Spanish might be a priority to some people because I myself am a Hispanic Spanish speaker BUT IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SPEAK ENGLISH IN AMERICA ESPECIALLY IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. This is NOT a racial review because I am Mexican myself BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH JUST TRANSFER THE CALL!!!

This is the worst company EVER. WHY are they still even in business??? They over charged me several times, they have horrible customer service, any time I have a question about my bill they would put me on hold for about an hour and when I tried cancelling my policy they said they would take care of it. Two months later they are STILL charging me. They owe me money and I'm sure I will NOT be getting it back any time soon. This is the most awful insurance company in the world. Cheap but not worth it. They are a headache.
