My husband and I showed up at 4:50 on a Saturday because we just happened to come across this beautiful neighborhood. Jenny was so welcoming making us feel very comfortable. She went over all the prices with us and information we needed to know. We were not comfortable doing a guided tour so she let us do a self guided tour which made me super excited because other complexes denied us.

I don't even know where to begin. Words can't express how disappointed I am in choosing these apartments. I was approved back in June with a move in date of September 1st due to the unit been "upgraded". Nothing in my apartment is upgraded or new from the stove, fridge, washer/dryer and these awful white cabinets that budge up when water touches them. I have been in this unit for 3 months and have had to submit several maintenance requests. I've had to get a washer replaced within the first couple days of been in the unit. My apartment air conditioning is not working properly and I was told by

Unless you are use to living with roaches, do yourself a favor and don't move here. I have never had roaches until I moved here. They make you pay $10 a month for pest control that does not work. If you call the office, they will put you on the list to spray, and that is it. Just spraying is not enough. No traps no treatment of cracks nothing. I've even sent a referral for better externinator still nothing.
My neighbor had roaches real bad and left a container of pet food in the breezeway with roaches all in it. From there, it has been downhill. They moved him out of the apartment

I came into town to check out the area and consider Atlanta as our new home. Per recommendation I went to look at this property and Jenny gave me a tour, she was phenomenal! I never expected to have so much attention paid to me as a walk-in, with no appointment or anything. She was great! The property and updated apartments were very nice. I loved the whole feel of The Park! Jenny was knowledgeable, kind, and full of energy and great aura. Thank you Jenny, once we are ready to move - you are our gal!

These apartments are beautiful! I worked with Darryl and he was friendly and informative. I was nervous to advise I have a pet but Darryl went over the pet policy with me in detail which was great. I had my toddler with me and she was a little cranky due her nap time and Darryl was very patient with us during my daughter's screaming fits. The only reason I had to stop the application process was due to me having to move out of town for work however if I ever move back, I would love to work with Darryl again in attemp to lease these apartments.

I toured the property with Jenny and I was very impressed with everything. She was excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. The property looks like it may be a perfect fit for me if I relocate in the near future. I relly like the community activities she was telling me about! I think it would be cool to have a property fireworks show for NYE or Independence day!

I've been living here for just about 2 years, very comfortable and quiet area. Maintenance team answer all requests within 2 days. Leasing office is very responsive and nice. Community is kept clean and well maintained. Amenities are wonderful...great place for a family to live and feel safe. Plan on renewing my lease

This complex don’t know how serious it is to almost lose your life to a fire. Y’all did nothing to help me. Just a templated script. That liability insurance should be to place all residence that lost their apartment during the fire. You guys aren’t doing everything you can for the tenants who lost their Apartment. While I am out here trying figure out where to live. I emailed corporate, and the manager of the property, and I have not heard anything. You left trash by my doorthe week before the fire started for 3 nights in a row. My apartment right across all that trash you staff

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THE MAINTENANCE TAKES FOREVER TO FIX THINGS. I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE AND FOR 2021 I ALREADY BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS AND THEY HAVEN’T CALL TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE MIS-CONVENIENCE THEY HAVENT FIX THE ISSUEAND LIE EVERYDAY ABOUT ITS GONNA BE FIXED. OUTSIDE IS FREEZING COLD WITH A ENTIRE BUILDING WITH NO HOT WATER. DON’T RENT HERE AM PAYING 1069.00 A MONTH AND ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
