I don't live at Riverside Place. This review is for the experience I had from submitting an application to visiting the apartment complex for a tour. Mitchell was the leasing agent I worked with and he made this entire experience very pleasant for me. I had some hiccups with my application which he assisted me with smoothing out.
He was very patient in answering all my questions and was readily available whenever I called the complex with follow up questions. I hope my application is approved as I had an amazing pre-rental experience and found the units to be very beautiful.

I originally gave this place 5-stars when I first moved in. After being here for some time, I have to take 4 back. The walls and floors are SUPER thin so if you have a heavy footed neighbor or one who likes to blast music at all times of the night (as i do) so if that’s what you like, then this is the place for you. There’s no point in having a courtesy officer when the nightly, mini concerts continue happening. Overall, it’s not that bad of place but this is the absolute worst apartment experience I’ve ever had.

Nice place to live with all the latest upgrades in apartment living BUT management and leasing staff are TERRIBLE. Rude to deal with in person, yet they won't return emails or phone calls. Pool was closed all summer due to them not having it inspected in time, but they have no problem charging you a $60 per month convenience fee for all the amenities you don't get to use - pool, gym, clubhouse, etc. Raised rent $600 a month to sign another 1 year lease....not worth the trouble to pay $2100 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment no matter how nice it is.

NOT WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICE TAG.
It's only been 3months and I'm already excited to move out. Renting and Apt shopping is tough, but u hope for the best. New construction is very appealing.... But BEWARE theres always a catch.
WELL, so far the down side to living here seems to be the rush job to move tenets in prior to site completion.
And I just feel sorry for the staff, cause there's no excuse that they offered that didn't sound like bull as to why certain obvious things seem half baked.

I just moved in over the weekend, and I love my apartment! It’s so nice and convenient! The price is great, the office staff is super helpful. I had to put in a few maintenance requests for little stuff like water pressure in the kitchen sink and shower, but it’s a brand new apartment and they’re still working out some kinks. They are really accommodating and animal friendly, and move-in leasing paperwork was a breeze. Carolyn is awesome!

Top Building, Flop leasing team.
I really liked the place but after 2 visits and phone calls nobody has the intention show me the property, or even showed a minimum interest in me as a future tenant. When I went there, the leasing agent never told me that the deposit amount could go up to 1 month of rent plus 150$, so i made my application, and then she told me how much i had to pay. I visited them again to see the status of my application and no information was given. I politely asked to refund my money because I felt scammed and I didnt get a proper response.
