Staff are rude towards tenants , tenants constantly put trash on lawn . Apartments was filthy upon my move in . Maintenance request in awhile ago about refrigerator not having glass tray and then glass was to big , I was told the correct one will be ordered well this has been since April , I still have not received the correct size yet for refrigerator. The grass for each tenants back area was never even cut after maintenance request. I used to do my own until we were told to remove items off patio . They do a lot of dictating to tenants . Yes I pay my rent on time . Also no handicap parking ,

I had one bad experience on the property and the Office Manager Ms, Mailyn Rooks has been very supported. She has a wonderful and understanding soul. The complex is very quite and Clayton County Police controls the area every night. Don't get me wrong the complex has a little ups and downs. But, over all they are a wonderful place to stay.

Since moving back here. The management has changed a lot and they have been trying to have a better environment. I have been able to communicate more easier with any concerns with no problem. I appreciate the hard work and the maintenance for taking care of any issues that I have. I have really seen a change for the better here.

Very quiet, Very comfortable, Love the space in the apartment, very nice. Maintenance is on top of it, they are very reliable. Just a few things need fixing on the property, need to fix the mail box center, can't see the numbers on the boxs, need a light up for night, can't see and a little scary. Landscaping can be better with our backyards, The weeds do grow there too. Need to fix the road, holes in the road in the complex. Trash is not picked up on all trash days, miss quite a few days Trash should be picked up everyday except Friday & Saturday. We are paying $25 a month for trash pick up and

We love it here! I love my apartment (2 BR now, hoping to move into a 3BR if it's as nice as this one). I think the grounds are well maintained. We have never had an issue with maintenance, they reply within 24hours.

I appreciate the size and floor plan of my apartment and location. I am disappointed that the entire time I’ve been in my townhome I haven’t been able enjoy my back yard because of lack of lawn maintenance and care. I have children that would of loved to play in the yard. Especially during Covid.The area where the trash compactor is nasty and rodent infested. I look forward to seeing the improvements to this community. I see the potential and I pray that the new owners and management will live up to this potential.

This is the absolute worse place I have ever lived! The NEIGHBORHOOD IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! Roaches everywhere! And There’s TRASH EVERYWHERE! They moved me into a unit with ELECTRICAL ISSUES, HOLES IN THE WALLS, PLUMBING ISSUES, and MISSING CABINETRY! Not to mention someone broke into my car and tried to break into my house within the first 5 days! which they didnt seem to think was an issue at all. The leasing agents are disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. But the manager Sean is the absolute worse. I would rate them 0 stars!

If I didn’t have to put a star, they wouldn’t have it. I applied for a apartment here recently, was supposed to move in 7/30/2021, OMG, the apartment was absolutely disgusting. The unit was filthy, water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen as soon as I walk in, a puddle of water coming from the toilet upstairs, cabinets off the rails in bathroom, faucet doesn’t work in the bathroom, hot water heater not up to par, gas company wouldn’t cut gas on, stove only works on certain parts, grass wasn’t cut outside I have some pictures to prove what I experience. And to top it off, I had movers
