Matthew Ventrice and his team at Tapestry Lake Park are absolutely wonderful. We have lived at multiple apartment complexes and Matthew and team understand customer service better than the rest. 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Large open living area, large kitchen, large master bedroom. Can't recommend Matthew and Tapestry Lake Park enough.

This place is absolutely a fabulous place to live!!! Matt and Kristin as well as the maintenance staff are absolutely a wonderful team. The neighbors are also so wonderful. The grounds are kept up nicely and so it makes you feel like you just entered a resort the moment you pull into this complex. I also feel very safe.

Everything is ran so smoothly and effortlessly at Tapestry, the management really cares about their residents which is so rare to find. Don’t think twice about making Tapestry your home:)

Tapestry Lake Apartments in Lutz Florida has been 'home' for me since early 2017. I made this choice before Xmas of 2016 and I am grateful to have chosen this place that has given me so much joy, security & sense of belonginess in the community. You always feel ‘welcomed’ at Tapestry.
The décor and layout of the apartments, the cleanliness and ease of support enabled by a wonderful staff makes the living complete. The East side, facing to the Woods, braces the morning sunrise in full glow which I have enjoyed to the fullest. Besides the many amenities of a gym, car wash, swimming pool, etc

This is my very first experience with apartment life, I am a very particular sort of lady, and this has been a most excellent experience! Two years on, I am so happy to have found this very charming apartment complex and blessed to have found Matthew and Kathy as managers. Residents – Be prepared for surprises at the end of your lease.
This is not a hate post. I just want to make you aware of my personal experience when I ended my lease.
I had been living there for over 2 years… and had pretty much only used this place to sleep. I used the kitchen stove to make some scrambled eggs on occasion, so after living there for 2 years, some wear and tear on the appliances is expected.
When I ended my lease in order to move to a new place nearby, I got a bill for “damages” to the property. These are the damages:

Beautiful on the outside.... But unfortunately, you'll feel disappointed and frustrated by the constant level of noise... And lack of sleep. My daughter is woken up nearly every night by the sound of our neighbors upstairs. There's constant pounding late into the evening and sometimes until midnight. I had a couple of guests over for dinner and… after hearing the noise upstairs one commented that it would "be torture to live here."
(I've spoken with the neighbors twice and management has talked to them several times but they've made no effort to modify the level of late night activity. I

Living under another tenant who is excessively loud with a toddler running back and forth throughout the unit and apparently jumping off the furniture is apparently acceptable in this community. And which is also allowed to occur up to Midnight. It is a nightmare and an unlivable situation. Management claims they can do nothing to help the… situation. So if you run into this problem - don’t expect any help from the owners/managers. It won’t happen. So if you choose a first or second floor unit - you could be in for a very long very stressful year. It’s truly torture with

Up until 3 weeks ago I enjoyed calling Tapestry Lake Apartments home. Recently my apartment has become infested with Palmetto bugs AKA ROACHES! Never in my life have I been so disgusted. To date we have killed… at least 40. This morning my son slipped and fell in the bathtub because one was in his washcloth. My son is also allergic to roaches. My daughter was using the toilet and one jumped out the roll of toilet paper. I Found one on my counter top today. I even woke up one morning and one was on the wall over my bed. These pests can contaminate your food with bacteria such as salmonella

My fiancée and I just signed our second lease at Tapestry Lake Park. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, it is handled promptly and correctly almost immediately. Matt & Kathie are always very friendly and conscientious of our concerns! The few issues we’ve had (loud upstairs neighbor) was always handled with a smile. Otherwise, it is a quiet, beautiful, and fun community! We live on the second floor and never worry about loud nights or weekends. Thanks for all you do to keep our home so wonderful!

Beyond pleased with my lease here at Tapestry. The staff has been nothing but gracious and helpful and the amenities are amazing. I’ve never had to complain about noise or quality of the actual apartments. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request it was filled within 24 hours. My boyfriend and I love living here and plan to resign next year!!
