A certified home inspection by Mspect is a visual evaluation of the major systems in the house including structure, roof, exterior, heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical and the interior. As long as it's safe and accessible, Mspect will walk on the roofs, enter attics and crawl spaces, remove access panels and operate equipment.

Mspect will perform a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of the structure for signs of Termites.

It can get into any type of building-homes, offices, and schools-and result in a high indoor radon level. But you and your family are most likely to get your greatest exposure at home, where you spend most of your time.

Matt does a fantastic job. He is professional and is very knowledgeable about house construction. He always takes time to explain what he has inspected and is always available for follow up questions. I have worked with him for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Mspect home inspections! The owner’s knowledge and experience is second to none. The owner Matt is helpful regardless of the situation. A few years ago, My wife and I purchased a home in Oklahoma and even though we were unable to use their services, they were still willing to answer our questions and give recommendations.

I got 3 inspections with this company in the last 5 years on different properties and the inspector was very thorough and communicated things with my wife and I in a very professional manner. Each time, the inspector was waiting for us to get there.
The inspector was very knowledgeable and shared quick fixes we can do ourselves. He provided his results in a quick and timely manner that allowed us to close within 30 days each time.
This was a great and personable experience that made both out buying and sell experience an easy one in such a crazy market.
