Hidden gem in Hasbrouck Heights for healthy food, sweets and coffee! Highly recommend place to stop great family business

I am gluten free and have been searching for good desserts and what I got from Healing4ThSoul were incredible desserts!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gluten free options. I also made the trip to their location and picked up some of their men’s (scub/beard oil) body products . They were amazing!!!

The owners at Healing4Thesoul are excellent. They are both extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I love so many of their body products, especially their salt scrubs and body butters. A true gem of a local Shop!!

Healing4TheSoul is the most unique shop I've ever had the pleasure of entering. The PEMF machine was what initially lured me; but once inside, I was intrigued by the various products both of the homemade variety & those provided by the Earth such as stones & crystals. The food is excellent and varied; and if you like sweets, the Soul Sweet counterpart provides the best assortment. The menu lists many kinds of food & beverages; but during certain times of the year, seasonal favorites (such as pumpkin) appear. I ordered take out for their drinks and food they are delicious! They really do know how to make good food, but the food portions I received are small compared to what I paid, I ate the vegan eggs in two bites. I was hoping to feel full after my order but had to order again from another place.

I went in to check the place out and buy some sweet treats. I didnt know what to expect since i dont normally eat vegan or gluten free on purpose. They were delicious. I loved the cupcakes!

I definitely love this place they really love customers and go out of their way I highly recommend coming here. For everything from homeopathic to just plain vegan food I’ll definitely be coming back. You can also buy any of their merchandise as well. Check their hours still because sometimes it can be varied

I absolutely love this place. Renee is one of the most talented people I know, she has given me so much advice on being more mindful about my human design, balancing my work-life, and eating healthier. I love listening to her, it just blows my mind how knowledgeable she is. Since I met her I can say my life is a lot more positive, I am more grateful, I feel much more in tune with my mind, my body, with nature. Thank you, Renee! Also thank you Dawn for all the PEMF treatments, they are a must if you have any tension-pain in your body. As a runner I sometimes get pain in my knee from all the miles

Love the desserts especially Rene's brownies and cookies. It's great to have healthier sweet treat that will not ruin my diet.
P.s. surprised to see any negative posts particularly from Ohio and Oregon. They must be mistaken.

This is a shout out to Renee Pikowski for creating wonderful desserts for our family each week! We love them and truly appreciate finding a healthy alternative to processed snacks and junk food.
Our health is important to us, and we greatly appreciate being able to enjoy your delicious desserts which are made with the best ingredients, natural sweeteners and healthy fats. These desserts are also free of dairy and gluten, and a number are vegan!
We have been successful in making positive lifestyle changes over the past year and Soul Sweets is a big part of our being able to stay the course!

I went to Healing4thesoul for the 1st time today and I really enjoyed my experience there. Everyone was very helpful and insightful. I also had the best almond milk hot chocolate. I will definitely be going back a lot.
