Moved here August 2020 and it will soon be a full year. And my oh my what a year we have all experienced. Thr folks on the office have been super to work with during this awful year. I have had great response from them and from maintenance for any request I have had. Thr grounds are beautifully kept and tte apartments are all really nice looking. I moved into the 2nd building to be completed

I moved into Trailside Verdae in October and I am already in love.
First off - staff is very friendly and they will do their very best to get you into the best spot. I am thankful for friendly staff! I also had a few issues after I moved in and the maintenance staff was awesome! Big props!
I love the gym and especially love the hammocks! I spend so much time at the hammocks! I can't wait for the summer to chill and tan at the pool.
What's nice about this place is that it is brand new and clean! You get to enjoy breaking in the place. The floors are fantastic in the apartments. They
