I could write a novel bragging about this complex. Before getting into the details, I want to first say I loved living at Sleepy Hollow and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I moved to Cleveland shortly after college for work and knew no one in the area except my then boyfriend, now fiance. I was scared moving from home and not knowing a single soul. Now the entire complex feels like home, and it was all thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel like family.
The complex itself is maintained so well by Darlene, Jenny, Dennis, and Armas. It is hands down the best apartment or rental

Sleepy Hollow was an EXCELLENT home for myself and dog for two years! They are very picky about upkeep of the grounds and it pays off! I was concerned at how quiet it was when I first moved in! 😆 I really appreciated the microwave and laundry being included in my apartment too!
The staff is very friend and super understanding and helpful! I would have signed my third year lease had it not be for a new job. Most definitely recommend!

Regardless of what all the other reviews say about Sleepy Hollow Apartments... the apartment complexes are nice I love how quiet it is around here and if you need something done it will be done quick. The team here are very friendly and make you feel at home. If you follow the rules like not sitting on the balcony railing because it literally says it in the rules when you sign the paper work then of course there will be no drama! Plain and simple. I would recommend Sleepy Hollow Apartments because they take care of your needs and it feels like you’re at home!(:

I heard about this web site, and wanted to let people know that I have been living at Sleepy Hollow for 8 years. The staff is very friendly, the property is beautiful. Maintenance gets my work orders done a lot time before the 3 day turn around they told me in the beginning. The office staff is always helpful. Its a very quiet and calm. I feel safe and all of us neighbors look out for each other. I would recommend this place to anyone that is mature and is not a party person. I love my home.

We stayed here about a year. Management is nice, pool is way to small. We had the neighboring apartment flood us multiple times. We also had to deal with a rodent problem. Service calls were quick during business hours but after hours emergencies took a lot longer. Maintenance staff was friendly and nice. Exterior is in fair condition, and noise is about the same no matter what apartment you live in.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. The people that manage the apartment are just like the tenants. They are happy with a way of life that most of us balk at. The place is very old. The units have old counter tops that they just paint over to make look good. The place was dirty when we moved in. They didn't even remove the dirt from the doors before painting over them. That should be this places motto, don't worry, if you don't like it we will just paint over it. The maintenance guys are jerks.
