5 stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Kirbywood Apartments specially in regards to Lisa Boyd the Property Manager She was very friendly, made me feel at home from day one. She has always been very helpful. Offices can use more people like Lisa Boyd. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me. You're the Best!

I can't say enough nice things about the owner and staff at Kirbywood Apartments. The owner is so friendly and nice. Management is wonderful and maintenance person is awesome. The grounds are always well kept and any maintenance issues are quickly fixed. Monthly rent with included services are affordable and hard to beat. It's conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. I recommend Kirbywood Apartments for anyone looking to rent in the area.

The manager/assistant manager (Megan Rhodes) she is extremely rude and talks ugly about children/babies. I would not recommend this place, especially if you have kids. I have screenshots on my messenger of her calling my babies vulgar and rude names. Talking about their heads and the way they look. Just awful place and terrible manager.

Have not yet moved in, but I work at a restaurant here in town and I have a co-worker as well as some regulars who live here. Quality-wise, it's not exactly everything I ever dreamed of, but it could work. Playground area is small, but my kids will be satisfied with it. The price is good, water and trash included. I have a felony on my record from 2013, and it has kept me from being able to get into any other apartment complex with vacancies in the area, but Kirbywood is willing to work with me about it as it was a nonviolent offense. They understand that just because you caught a case in the past
