Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
This community is PERFECT. No loud noise. No trash. Manager is Johnny on the spot with taking care of each units needs. Maintenance is very caring and professional and fixes issues promptly. If you want a place to live with no drama and headaches, this is the place! You wanna be a headache, you are not welcome!

I have lived here since july of this year. I have had zero problems and the office manager is awesome! As long as you are respectful of others, all will respect you. This is a safe place to be in cleveland!

My friend lives here and is always complaining, I went over to see what all the stir was, his carpet has been wet from his ac for almost two weeks. The management tells him we fix things as we can. Oh no...

This complex has 5 buildings, a seasonal pool, soda machine, laundry room and field to walk your pets.
It is affordable and any issues are fixed swiftly.
No over flowing trash cans and parking is monitored (resident sticker or visitors tag only).

To the gentleman that posted " That his friend lives here and has had wet carpet for 2 weeks " maybe your friend should turn in a work order. Or maybe you would like to tell me his name and I will double check this claim. Because I can pretty much guarantee this claim is false. We always address any water issues immediately.
