These people sent me over to United Equitable Group (google them to see what scam artists they are) and I hold Talro responsible for this. Somebody crashed into my car while it was parked, left a note claiming responsibility, and it's been a nightmare dealing with the aftermath. I hold Talro in the same light as UEG. Do not trust this garbage agency filled with inept people.

Poor customer service called over after a couple of weeks of waiting for some info to be emailed or mailed and signed to be returned instead I received my Feb statement of payment called office to get my info and proof of insurance I was emailed over 2 sheets of paper with little to no information on them, asked about the missing information and the agent Victor Torres told me there were several sheets that these were the only ones I needed to sign. I then asked that he emailed over the remainder of the missing paperwork and only emailed one additional paper saying that was only one more. Strange

The company itself has been great, good quotes every time. It's the customer service that is lacking for me. I understand you guys are busy and need phone calls to go quickly. Every time I call I feel like you are rushing me, even after I have been on hold. They can never find me under my name or address either so that already creates frustration for both of us. Then they are still rude and have attitude, please do better at that.

Luis is definitely one of the worst insurance agents out there. Sells policies that only benefit him. He sold me a policy that had horrible coverage and never thoroughly explained it. He is a liar and manipulative. If you want cheap insurance that will abandon you in the time of a claim then come here. If you want good insurance run away. Stay away from them and Luis.

Two weeks later since down payment no INSURANCE CARD ,asked for it 4 times , Erika promised an email ,nothing,hung up on Twice the rep did apologize . Horrible don't do it .I had the same insurance company for 5 years with not one problem ,this comp was recommended by the car dealership Global Auto Finance . I should have declined .as I type this my husband is on the phone and refused to hang up until we get the email nothing so far....

Cancelled my policy for no reason without telling me. Then an assistant manager lied and said it was because my payment from the previous month didn't go through. Assistant manager, Ruby, had terrible customer service and argued with me for 20 minutes, raised her voice and over talked me. These idiots had me driving with no insurance for two months. I called capital one and they said the payment went through just fine with no hiccups! Talro made up some bs up Bc they cancelled my policy in error and didn't want to be held accountable. Please do not waste your money with these people they

I have been using Talro insurance for 9 years now. Daniel, my insurance agent had been very helpful, honest and professional. I haven't had any problems renewing my insurance or making payments. I have founders insurance and the coverage and pricing has been fair. Will be sure to recommend my friends and family

I was Calling around looking for insurance quotes and spoke to a "manager"there by the name of Dahlia and she was very rude and very unprofessional i'm not understanding how a company like this would let someone like that be employed there she's lucky that I wasn't there in the office and this was over the phone and upon reading other reviews it looks like their customer service is very poor and they wonder why nobody wants to go with Talro insurance stay away this is a bad company she even told us to go with another company she is a very incompetent employee
