Don't apply here. Save your money and look somewhere else. I couldn't get a single call returned once they took my application money. If this is how responsive the office is, I can't imagine how it would be once living there. They have the time to update social media and open listings across multiple websites but don't have time to return a call. I've stopped by the office during their open hours 5 times and not a single time was someone actually there. They're raking in application money and ghosting taking advantage of the shortage of housing in Lexington. There are no units to view.

I thought this was a nice place but apparently the property has been reported before for drug activity, would of been nice to know. My neighbor had his door kicked down and the assailant came back a second time and tried to kick it down again so my neighbor wanted to move out. The only action the property took was to demand 3 months rent to move out. The criminal activity makes me very uncomfortable and want to move out as well. I also put in a maintainence request when I moved in in February and it still hasn't been done. Heartless staff, stay away they don't care about your safety.

Derreck and Ted are the only good parts of the team here.
Ms Tracy is someone you cannot hold a proper civil conversation with, she is rude and she will raise her voice and even yell at you; I many times, I have translated for other tenants as well as I personally have had the need to visit the office. One of the first encounters with her she complained about "those people" for which I was translating for. Many of the other tenants would not be able to write a letter to explain her attitude, but I feel this and many other instances I and my husband have had are unacceptable and no one in her position

I am a resident at Lexington Villas. I love living here . I feel the community is safe and clean. I love my neighbors. everyone minds there own business. I feel the maintenance is on time and always friendly and ready to help. Derek the maintenance man is always fast to all my request and always comes to help me when needed. I would recommend living here to a friend.

We have been so happy with Tracy in the office, and Derek in maintenance that we not only renewed our lease, but are moving to a bigger and more expensive unit so that we can keep making this work for us. I have had nothing but good experiences here, and Derek always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed correctly no matter how long or how often he has to come to make sure it is done right and to our satisfaction, as well as checking on us after to make sure everything is good. I am grateful to both of them for making this place awesome for my little family.

Our Family moved here recently. This is a nice place, and community. Everyone in the office are nice. They are there to help you make your stay well. They do their best to make sure all your issues are resolved. When my family and I moved here it was a quick move in. But Ms.Trish and Lorie made sure our move in was smooth for us. These two Ladies are wonderful when making our move in go well. The Maintenance men Derek Did AMAZING on making sure things got taking care of. He handle every issue and make sure things got done as if it was his Home. Derek also interact with the residents, he is awesome
