At first I believed that this was good community but after living here for 3 months you can tell that these apartments were cheaply built, you can hear noise from all the tenants , water running all the time. you feel like you live in the ghetto because all you hear is helicopters and siren's . Not worth $2,000 a month.
Not to mention that the front office is always so cheap we have a gorgeous pool we can be swimming in with the 70 degree weather but they haven't bought or fixed the heater in the pump room. As a matter of fact the tenants have told me that the pools have been closed all summer

Applying and move-in process was smooth. The apartment and the grounds are clean. The amount of space our apartment has for the price. Good kitchen and vinyl floors. Large closets. The gym is fairly big for an apartment gym and there are free weights. The location. Food trucks once a week. Nice neighbors. Pet friendly.

Not only does this place have everything I could want, but I received the best customer service I ever have when I went to see these apartments today! The lady in the office, I think her name was Areel, was so helpful. I didn't even need to ask her any questions, she asked them all for me, and knew everything there was to know about the area. It was the only place I went today where I didn't feel like I was interupting the people that worked in the office, or rushed out. I was so impressed by this property and the service. Decent place with decent Floorplan but there is apparently no management. I've spent the last week trying to call/go into the office around 4 or 5 o'clock and they're closed and no one's in there. They are supposed to be open until 6, but I guess the staff just kind of leaves whenever they feel like they're done working.

Simply Amazing! From the moment I drove on the property I knew this was a great fit. I was welcomed with a friendly smile by Oriana who gave me a tour. The place and units are beautiful. Oriana helped answer all my questions and now as a resident I am at home. The management staff is awesome as well. Great location. Highly recommend for everyone.

I've been living at this property for about 2 years. One of the reasons why I chose this property is because of the lush beautiful trees, pretty singing birds and landscapes. It's not a "cookie cutter" apt feeling. The staff is responsive, polite, and respectful. Maintenance workers always have a smile on their face. Overall feel welcomed and comfortable to call this place home. Recently management has implemented some social activities for the reside which is a plus! And a reflection of their willingness to engage our Symphony Community which I appreciate. Keep up the good

Overall, I love this community and my apartment. I have been here almost a full year and everyday has been wonderful. Every apartment has their challenges and quirks but the ones that I’ve experienced here are few and far between. The staff in the front office are kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful and my neighbors are all great people to know.
The amenities are great and the pools are awesome! The cherry on top is how close I am to Downtown Chandler, the Chandler Mall, and a variety of food & drink places!

My parents moved in here about 2 weeks ago. Since my parents moved in, a group of ants lives in the kitchen. I tried to ask the management to solve this problem, but they have tried to ignore this issue. This is really a dangerous environment for my parents. This is not a small number of ants. They are the huge group of ants. They just sprayed the surface of the cabinet so I asked them to find a hole or entrance where they come from. All they keep talking to us is that ants are a seasonal issue in Arizona so it is fine. So ridiculous. I also asked them to allow my parents to leave then. They said

Today, I came to visit the property in hopes of renting a one bedroom unit due to my current lease expiring at the end of next month. I spoke w/Jasmine Sandoval, the leasing agent and by first impression did not look well kept. She had stains plastered on the left side of her long sleeve shirt when I entered into the leasing office. After we were done with the apartment tour, I said this has been the quickest walk through. This place is terrible! They don't respond to voicemails or emails. When I do get in touch to report a maintenance emergency, the office staff argues with me. They DO NOT provide monthly itemized statements, online portal just shows "Rent Charge" for each amount charged. Nothing is specified or broken down. When I called about this, no body answered. It just seems like nobody cares here. Anyone I speak to at the office or from maintenance acts like my mere presence is an inconvenience. Our air conditioner broke. Been here a year and just signed for another year. The maintenance here is very bad. It can takes weeks if not months at times to fix something in your apartment. Our shower hasn't been working properly for almost 3 weeks now. They are very understaffed for a luxury apartment. On the plus side, They just remodeled the pools.The staff is very friendly but they definitely need more people. Hospital and mall walking distance away. Trash valet is nice "but have to pay every month mandatory"

This complex and staff was great until we decided to go another route. THEY ARE WAIVING FEES IF YOU LEAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW ON ANY SITE but what they fail to tell you is that you WILL still be charged this fee and you WILL NOT receive a refund unless you rent from them! I am so disappointed in how misleading this staff is. I was told that regardless of writing the review that the deposit was refundable within 72 hours. I tried calling and going into their office the following day to cancel and when I tried approaching them on this they were too busy to help me in person and were too busy to

Perfect floor plan of apartment with big laundry room and closets .

Love love love it here! Moved in 5 months ago and am so happy I did. I feel like the things that truly matter when you're giving someone else money to rent their space are non-issues here.
1. Noise : so of course you can hear your neighbors on occasion (dog barks, plumbing, people running down the stairs, etc) but I hardly ever hear my neighbors.
2. Amenities : awesome fitness center open 24/7 and always kept squeaky clean. The other residents are courteous and the equipment is never stolen, broken, or scattered throughout the gym like other places I've lived.
