Fitzsimons Army Hospital (FAH) Federal Credit Union opened in 1955 with only 15 members and $360 in assets. Our mission, even with limited resources, was to provide trusted, local financial services to our community. We were able to accomplish that dream, and for 40 years we provided services primarily for active service members, local veterans, healthcare workers of Fitzsimons Army Hospital, National Jewish Health and their families.

Steer clear of Fitzsimons Credit Union. During the life of my auto loan, it's always been a headache trying to work with Fitzsimmons. Their phones never pick up, and making account changes requires multiple jumps between different representatives because nobody there actually knows what they are doing. Save yourself the time, and money and get a loan from another credit union like Ent Credit Union.
After paying off the full balance of my loan, I am now working with the credit reporting agencies to file a dispute against Fitzsimmons. It's been over a month now and they are still showing that I

Nothing but terrible experience. For months, the weren’t able to get my online auto payments correct so then they came off as late and it significantly lowered my credit. They never send me anything in the mail when important things come up and the. I will owe a fine for “missing” it. Thoroughly recommend not using them for auto loan.

People worst place to go bank app I don’t know how they continue having this bank open worst customer service especially when it comes to a loan you apply and they never get back to you and when you get back to them they just come and tell you I don’t know where all you denied worst worst worst place to bank I went to a different credit union didn’t ask too many questions and they approved me for three things that I had applied at this credit union. By far the worst credit union to deal with. Customer service is absolutely horrible they don’t know what they are doing half the time and when I called to see why my car payment went up almost doubling they were extremely rude even the branch manager had a horrible attitude and was rude.

Just recently switched to Fitzsimons. The account opening process was tedious and slow. They are terrible about replying to messages. I'm now not receiving the interest rate I was promised, seems deceptive. I have reached out to them twice about this and have not heard back. There are so many reputable banking options out there who understand the importance of prompt customer service, avoid this one.

This is by far the worst credit union Iv EVER been a member. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Especially Mario who works in Loss and Prevention was so incredibly rude and short with me when I asked him about my car loan! He should be let go and find a job where he doesn’t have to speak with customers.
Iv never heard of a credit union that did not allow you to make advanced loan payments. I payed at least $5000 in advance and they told me I was paid up til April 2022. But I received a threatening letter in the mail saying I missed my 2nd monthly payment and if it happened again my car would

Really bad customer service and now they never have a live teller in the lobby (Southland) to help customers, claiming what many businesses are claiming now days, they are understaffed. I will be closing this account for sure. One more thing, I have payroll direct deposit and my funds are not available until 8 am on pay day.

The credit union called me, on 12/01, to remind me that my car payment was 10 days late, which they had already received, and their software for these transactions had not been working since my due date. They need to get it together, so not to hassle the customer.

One or the worst banks I’ve ever banked with! Your better Off trusting a drug addict with your money over these people! I’m not Surprised at all with the low rating they have 2.4 is generous! They won’t help you at all they charge insane fees they’re rude but however it you’re rude back they will take care of the issue! All I can say is it you’re thinking or banking here!!! RUN or only deposit monopoly money. Trust me they won’t know the difference

Horrible customer service, I am EXTREMELY upset with the exception of a lady by the name of PARIS (highly recommended this employee). As you can see the reviews this business has a 2.4 rating. I Always have to call and get on the call back list. I got double charged I waited a full week and was getting charged overdraft fees in my other bank account. When I called I got placed on hold and calls hung up and I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY CALLS BACK. Each time I spoke to a lady nobody knew what was going on in my account. I would give this the lowest rating but I was pleased with Paris. She unfortunately

I've had an account here for many years. Their customer service has substantially gone downhill. They use to be quick about answering phone calls. In the past I only waited about 10 minutes at the most before someone would help me. Now I've waited 6 plus hours and even never got a return phone call. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that I trust handling my funds. I spoke to a lady in person at the Southlands branch and her response was "that's how we operate". Customer service is horrible. If you have any issues going on with your account it's almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. I gave them 2 starts because the staff is friendly when you go in. But it takes too long to fix issues. Wish you guys would actually answer your phones and help out customers. I will be looking for a new bank and discontinuing with them. I do not recommend banking here.

Chris Le and Trina Clark are the best bankers I have ever worked with in 30 years. They truly went above above and beyond to help my daughter get the car she wanted. I walked the credit union for the first time and left with a great loan with a great interest rate and re financed my car w a great interest rate. They worked through lunch to accommodate me the Friday before a holiday. These guys worked so hard for us. I can never repay there hard work and and amazing attitude. If you want a car loan go to Fitzsimons credit union at Southlands!
