Absolutely the most horrible place to raise a family. There is ZERO management. Constantly being harrassed by neighbors. 100% unsafe for kids. Snake nests at my front door they refuse to do anything about. The manager is extremely immature and not professional. Cant wait to move out and get my kid safe again. Unfortunately gonna have to break the lease due to the harrassment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! If could give it 0 stars I would.
Autumn is very unprofessional and is very discriminating towards us as a minority resident. Ever since she got her new Range Rover during this pandemic, she has began acting brand new towards and she treats us different. She hangs up during phone call, she threatens and intimidates us about getting attorneys involved in emails.
The new maintenance man smells like smokes and is very rude. During Labor Day weekend, maintenance had to enter our apartment while we were not there and they left the bedroom doors open, the back porch door open, and they

I really love my apartment. Perfect size for me. Location is great other than food delivery services can never find my apartment. Maintenance is very responsive to my requests. The property manager, Autumn was really nice and helpful when I moved in.
Now for the bad, I live in a first floor apartment and hear everything that happens above me and outside. There is no sound dampening and quiet hours are not enforced. The people above me stomp and run all hours of the night.
Also, I appreciate the cleanliness but the constant leaf blowing and powerwashing is excessive! Since I’m working from home

Property management has been completely MIA through corona virus. It’s been a struggle to deal with. Trash is always piled high and residents get blamed, even though the real issue is maintenance not fixing the compactor. The old maintenance guy (Donald I think?) was awesome, but after he left the place has gone down the tube. Property manager (Autum) is really unprofessional, never addresses problems and hides behind emails with bad grammar, misspelled words and things that make no sense. She doesn’t even use complete sentences when she writes to the entire complex. Crazy problems all over

The new property manager is very friendly and is much more responsive than previous managers. She handled everything with our terrible neighbors with quick action and was not hesitant on taking legal action when things got out of hand and violent. I’m looking at you who gave the most recent 1 star review...
The maintenance guy was super friendly and always called to tell me when he was entering the house and always called for a follow up. Would definitely rent here again, but we have moved on to bigger and better things.

I moved in on August 17, 2019. It’s been a few months so I think I’m qualified to give a review ^-^
First off really love the environment and culture here . When my roommate and I moved Autumn the property manager was so helpful and so nice, she made moving in a breeze. We barely had to ask her any questions because she was able to provide all the information we needed to move in. Second just the application process is super easy. I did have some questions but Autumn answered super fast.
When my roommate and I were accepted. We were able to move in as soon as 2 weeks. She worked with us to

I lived at Sunset Crossing for a year. Although my time there was not awful, my low rating is based on a few factors. It took me over a year to get my deposit back after moving out because they were constantly changing management and losing papers. The location is not ideal, as there is always traffic on 185th. While we were living here, there were very strict regulations on what you could have on your patio (very few things), what kind of door mat you were allowed to have, and many other things. Although the building was in good shape and the location is very central, I would not recommend this

Ok, it has been 9 months since I moved in. I have noticed a few problems. Parking. That seems to be the problem with every complex. I have a reserved spot that comes with my apartment. Never had anyone in my spot. Guest parking is an issue. The apartments use the parking area for an office building as guest parking. During business hour (M-F 7am to 5 pm) there is almost no guest parking. The town homes have a garage and a spot outside the garage. If you live in a flat like I do, you get one spot. Even after hours the guest parking is on the other side of the complex. Keep this in mind if looking

Do not live here! First of all, we have never had an issue with a property management company. In fact, I used to work for one and I have a GREAT amount of empathy for what PMs deal with. This one however, has really run me through the ringer. I moved out mid September and STILL have not received my deposit back (a couple hundred dollars!) that the property manager confirmed was owed to me a month and half ago! Let me tell you what they have done to me and my family:
1. We have dogs and as standard practice my husband and I generally hire a maid and a carpet cleaner out of courtesy and protection

Sunset Crossing Apartments was a blessing, it is located in a great location, near Tanasborne and lots of shopping options in the surrounding area. It is also by the freeway, I don't hear the traffic that much and getting on the freeway is no problem. Management and Maintenance are nice and have awesome customer service. I love this place and I am glad I found a place to call home.

My sister and I have been living at Sunset Crossing for a year now. We are about to renew our lease because this is a great place to live. We are at a walking distance from many stores, businesses, restaurants, etc. There is a nice paved trail that is accessible within the complex. It loops around a mitigation wetland for about a quarter of a mile. Complex is very pet friendly. The leasing office has an unlimited number of snacks, beverages, and coffee. Also, our manager coordinates a monthly event where residents are invited to Old Chicago (which is right across the street) for free Happy Hour

Sunset is a great place to settle in, I love the convenience and homey feel. The living space is great and I love the second level of the townhome and the big open kitchen. My apartment has tons of room, has a great modern but country feel, I love it! The property is beautiful this time of year and very green. I like being so close to all the shopping and the quick drive to anywhere in PDX and management is wonderful! If your looking for a great place to live this is the place.
