Anxiety, chronic pain, chronic fatigue and auto-immune disease deserve attention not to 'manage', but transform. Break free from the discouragement of doctors saying 'there isn't much we can do except manage it.' There are so many of us experiencing isolation from feeling chronic anxiety, joint pain, digestive issues, grief and stress that it'll only get worse.
In Studio Class Cards + Memberships:*All studio class cards + memberships include virtual classes. A Vinyasa Flow in a 90 degree room for all levels who have some yoga experience. This class will make you feel amazing after a deep sweat and a physical, emotional and energetic cleanse. You'll gain flexibility and strength and leave with a profound sense of well being.
The peaceful feeling I receive from practicing yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breath work), as well as the empowerment from becoming strong and flexible, is at the core of my teaching. After years of debilitating back pain and a very inflexible body, I finally took my first yoga class. People say that they're not flexible enough for yoga, if they only knew what I looked like (for a very long time) in my practice!

Maggie, the owner, is warm and supportive, welcoming all newcomers and long time members alike with a big, open heart. Classes are challenging for experienced yogis and accessible for beginners as well. I especially recommend Maggie, Michael, and Lana’s classes - truly 3 of the best teachers in the Hudson Valley all in one studio!

I absolutely love Vitality Yoga and Maggie’s classes. I went one time with my wife because she wanted to try yoga (I honestly wasn’t too interested). I have been going back weekly for several years now. It is fantastic for both the mind and the body. It has also helped dramatically when it comes to reducing injuries from my Ironman races.

Maggie Heinzel-Neel is the proprietor of Vitality Yoga and is one of the most popular yogis in the Valley. Maggie is widely recognized as a highly talented teacher who fuses yoga with spiritual lessons and Chinese medicine to support our entire well being. Her classes are dynamic and so beneficial, a healing experience for body, soul and spirit. Every practitioner in the studio follows Maggie's example and also creates his/her own unique experience so that there are a variety of styles for every level and taste.

Such a wonderful feel in this studio, with very knowledgeable teachers. Maggie is a gem. She has a natural ability (due to her sincere love for yoga) to help spark more interest in her students to delve into the vast world of yoga. With a strong focus on energy, and the way yoga can help to cleanse stagnant energy and heal the body, this studio has classes that are suitable for beginners to seasoned yogis. I felt very safe in this studio as it goes above to abide by the current covid standards, and also has all classes available online, too.

I took my first Vitality Flow class with Maggie. Her class was amazing. Her queues were so helpful and I really enjoyed the structure of her classes. The studio is cozy and everyone was very friendly, especially Maggie! I will definitely be back.

At vitality yoga flow I always feel welcomed and never judged no matter where I am in my practice. Whether it's been two days or two months since my last time in the studio I am always greeted with a smile. Maggie and the other instructors are extremely knowledgeable, clear, calming, and are very helpful during class in a non disruptive and non embarrassing way. I feel whole when I leave here

Finally, the yoga I've been waiting for in New Paltz!! I've tried the other local yoga studios. Some were pretty good, some not so much, but none felt like home. I was spoiled for years with fantastic yoga in Santa Barbara (where there are plenty of wonderful studios and teachers to choose from), and never felt like I had anything that came close once I moved to New Paltz. Vitality has changed that. I've taken classes with a few instructors (Maggie, Michael, Lana, and Denise), and have been impressed with all of them. The classes I took (mostly flow classes, a couple restorative

Love this new studio! Maggie and her staff have created a warm, welcoming environment where beginners to experts can practice yoga. The studio offers everything from teacher trainings to date night yoga in addition to a variety of daily classes. All this while perfectly balancing between being laid back and professionally run.

Maggie is an amazing yoga teacher.

Her classes are thorough and focused. She has built a great team of teachers, all vastly diverse in their skills.

The teachers here are knowledgable of anatomy and are always growing and learning. The classes get better every time I go. They are also well versed in theory and spiritually inclined.

This isn't your basic, hip, body boot camp. This place is for people who are looking for true moving meditation. However, still be prepared for a strong, sweaty class!

I tried several classes to see if this would be a good fit for me.
I'm a novice (took classes years ago) so I'm just trying to get my toes wet. The Yoga Spa is a good class for gentle stretching and relaxation and I love that aromatherapy is included. "Warm Vitality Flow" is described on their site as a class "for all levels with some experience", but I would read that as "for students with many years of yoga experience" because a less experienced person (like me) would not be able to do or hold the poses in this class . The "Warm Slow Flow"
