I have lived in three different apartments in the Pavona complex since 2010. I am an obviously satisfied customer or I would have gone elsewhere by now. However, I feel safe here, it is home. the courtyard, the pool and the workout areas are a beautiful and neatly kept. There is a mail room for getting packages so they won’t be taken from your door. And the staff…whether it is to have maintenance done, questions answered, or any other concern, the response time is quick and professionally taken care of. Pavona is top-notch in my opinion. I am sure you would agree! 😉

Location is great! Bedrooms are small. Sunlight/windows is perfect. Refrigerator temperature control didn’t work properly. Told maintenance and they said “that’s how mine is too.” Maintenance overall isn’t that great. Got horrible rodent damage in the parking structure that costed an arm and a leg for insurance. I warned front desk to let others know, never saw anything. As far as rent and pandemic, they didn’t lower anything. And, when moving out, they charged you for extra fees. Soo... you decide what’s best. Location and lighting or caring for your residents.

The leasing agents we worked with have been excellent communicators and reply promptly to our emails. We have not experienced any significant issues at Pavona. All staff and maintenance workers have been very friendly. We wish we could stay as we love our unit, but we cannot afford the raise in our rent ($200)!

I have been a resident here for 9 months and have been thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience. The staff is by far the best I have ever encountered in any apartment complex I've visited, they're always available and responsive and happy to assist me with any issue I have. The apartments are beautiful and a great value for the area.

I didn’t have a good experience with the leasing office staff, before I applied I was treated well, after I paid the $ 52 fee I was treated differently, it seems that they are not interested in renting the apt but looking for new people to pay for the application and thus make greater profits from daily applications, I am very disappointed by the poor service provided.
