Submitted an email inquiring about pricing and availability. Stopped by to gather more information about property and take a look. The younger girl just rolled her eyes and kept saying "yeah" or "you can always check online" as opposed to answering any of my questions. Stephanie handed me a brochure and told me to have a nice day. Didn't leave a pleasant taste in my mouth.

We LOVE it here. the apartments are clean and well designed, our garage is HUGE, staff is amazing from the maintenance to the management, and the area is walkable. Everybody who lives here is so friendly but also very respectful of boundaries and privacy. We are moving this summer into a house due to the size of our family and my kids needing a backyard, but trust me, this place is a gem. We are going to miss it here.

My girlfriend and I have been living at ONE60 for the last 2 years. We started with a one bedroom and then upgraded to a 2 bedroom. This is the only complex we have lived in since moving to Nevada 2 years ago and we wouldn't move anywhere else.
Krystine has been an absolute godsend since we have moved in. She notifies us of every thing going on in the complex that some managers at other complexes do not do. I cannot say enough amazing things about the ONE60 community! I love my neighbors and the apartment itself is amazing. The gym and pool are always well taken care of and it's a gated community, which makes me feel safer and secure. Another thing I loved was the attached garage and how much space there is inside. The wonderful staff is what makes me love the community even more! Susana, Kristyne, and Manny are such kind people and are so helpful, willing to answer my questions, and just great to have a conversation with! I am so happy I chose to live here!

Ive been living here for just shy of a year now and I absolutely love it! Staff is amazing. The unit it self is great! Everyone in the community is really chill and nice. Nearly everyone says hi to each other. If there are any issues the office tries their best to fix it with in 24hrs. The pool and the entire community is always clean. I plan on staying here for a while. The garages are also very big. I can easily fit my truck in there and i can easily fit another car and a motorcycle if I owned one.
Also shoutout to Kristyne C. She is hands down one of the nicest people and an amazing property

I have not moved in yet but I think I should write a review just alone for my move in process and the experience. I was welcomed by Kristyne who just happens to be the property manager of the community. I have lived in 5 other apartment community's and not one of them came close to this apartment complex and it's energy. I rented this home because of the way I felt when I walked in through out my process I was introduced to several people as a nice gesture to get to know others which I thought was so amazing considering I'm from California and don't know anyone from Vegas yet

It's hard to find a community that feels like home but today I signed my lease to ONE60 and had the most amazing experience and process of doing so. I'd like to thank kristyne the property manager who was very personable and welcoming. Definitely made me and my girlfriend feel as tho this is the place and not pressured. Couldn't be a happier client.

Absolutely love this place! From the property always being taken care of to the amazing staff that works here. Our experience is by far the best you could ask for in an apartment complex. Kristyne from the start has kept us 100% informed in all changes or things happening in our property. Being in a smaller community, the amount of attention they bring to the tenants is highly appreciated.

Recently lived here and wish I didn't have to leave. They are called apartments but are definitely more of a town home feel. Loved the city view that we had. Attached garages are also a huge plus. Small, quiet community with a nice pool and BBQs for the summer weekends. Christyne the Property Manager made absolute sure that everything was in place and well beyond expectation. Goes out of her way to make sure you and yours are comfortable. Manny the maintenance guy is awesome and has a laugh you will never forget.

New residents at One60 and we love it. During our search for a new place we discovered One60. Krystine and Riley welcomed us and their professionalism was the deciding factor. The units are spacious with a beautiful kitchen, upgraded appliance's and Hardwood floors. The two car attached garage is a big bonus. Glad we found our new home.

My family moved into One60 apartment homes from out of state we stayed at the property for a few months before I had a medical issue with my child. I went to the leasing office to address my personal dilemma. After telling the property manager our issue she seemed very concerned and asked me to give her a doctors note to verify what I had told her and assured me that she and coporate would allow me out of my lease without penalty or fees. I believed this without getting anything in writing because the property manager Christine seemed so sure and concerned. May I also add most of the time that

Just moved in, and couldn't be happier! I was looking for a safe neighborhood, and a place my dog could enjoy. I found it with One60. The community is well kept, and the staff is always helpful. I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far my favorite. Make sure to go in person as anyone wanting emails for quotes should understand that all the prices are already online and they are wasting the managements time. I have yet to see any leaks anywhere and no sign of spiders either.

Been living here since July 1st and it's been a nightmare. From leaking pipes in this "new" community and their inept maintenance service that refusing to come fix it. We currently have mold growing from the leak and they still refuse to come. There's car alarms going off all the time at night, our floors shakes from our neighbors surround sound. But to top it off, there's Black Widow spiders everywhere. These problems keep getting brought up to the leasing office, but they refuse to do anything about it because corporate won't allow them too.

Moved here in June and the best decision my husband and I ever made. Kristyne and Willis were our deciding factor and their hospitality has remained the same from before our decision to now. The one complaint I have is maintenance work. The maintenance manager Manny has a problem remembering and prioritizing his requests. He has even gone so far as to tell the office 3 items were complete when he never addressed them from June! With such a small complex, not to mention new, one would think the maintenance requests would be right on. I am not the only one that feels this way within our complex

Moved here February of 2018 and have been pleased with this small but beautiful property and how it's managed. Everyone is helpful and attentive, if I've had an issue it has been quickly resolved. It's nice and quiet and due to the buildings being staggered you don't really share common walls, so the little noise you may hear is usually a passage or directly over somewhere you happen to be at that time, otherwise it's very quiet. Amenities are perfect and the location is also perfect.

Obviously this place doesn't take new residents too serious I call for information for apartments I spoke to some guy don't remember the name but I asked him about pricing on the apartment and he provided it and I asked him if he can send me the information to my email address which I provided it to him but never got an email or a follow up call so sad and I could imagine what kind of service they provide or no customer service at all

I've lived at One60 for about a month now and I am so happy I decided on this apartment complex. I was already set to move into the Adiamo but was so impressed with the level of care I received from Kristyne and Willis in the leasing office, as well as being blown away by the spacious layout (that all come standard with upgraded appliances/quartz counters/built-in storage), that I felt 100% comfortable in writing my $400+ deposit off as a loss and call One60 home instead.
It's a small community compared with others, but that's a good thing. It's a short walk to the clubhouse

I found this complex by chance and just driving around. I got lucky. It's newly constructed units with other units that are still under construction and not completely built. It's a smaller complex. I think about just over 100 residences. All units have attached garages, new appliances, quartz tops, real wood laminate flooring, so great here now! Everything brand new. There's WiFi and game room. Jacuzzi and pool area is resort like.
There's Coffee bar for residents too. The units feel like townhomes or a home and not apartment like.
