Services
Every machine receives a hand washing before it leaves at no extra charge. Many shops only put in the bare minimum of what the customer requests. F&A Cycle inspects each machine thoroughly and we make the necessary adjustments to give you the best experience you can have on your machine. Very few people realize what it is like to ride a motorcycle with the suspension properly tuned for their weight and riding style.
The 4-Tec 2.0, XO-1, and LaTrax Rally are Traxxas' on-road cars, meaning they're designed exclusively for driving on smooth, hard surfaces. Low-slung and equipped with smooth-tread tires, they're engineered for street car performance, not off-roading and jumps. Traxxas on-road models are built tough like the off-roaders, but they don't have the aggressive tires, high ground clearance, or long suspension travel needed to work well in the dirt.
Introducing the ruggedized off-road mud-ready 2X2 Work Bike, and the versatile on- or off-road 2X2 Adventure Bike. They're both tougher than ever, with improved torque, power, and traction. All-terrain, all-utility, and all-performance. We've improved and strengthened the frame, wheels, and componentry to make our bikes even more robust and able to handle all terrain.

Not too happy with F & A Cycle's customer service at the moment.
I have a Traxxas R/C that needs some work for context.
Messaged them asking if they had a part in stock, they say yes. I drive 40 minutes to their location..... they don't have the part. ok no big deal I get it, its the holidays and they must've sold out.
I proceed to ask about their services and installing some parts I brought that are brand new in bag (from the Traxxas company) ..... they only install parts that are purchased in store, ok again I understand, store policy.
I then ask if I could leave my machine with them for

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. The younger blonde hair gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He greeted me and found exactly what I was looking for in less then 1 minute ( no exagerration ). Not only do they have a full on loyal customer now and great prices,they have a everything you need for the traxxas line up. Even if their prices were ( which isn't) higher, I would still purchase from them. I highly recommend this store, above and beyond!!

Cody and his crew clearly understand what exceptional customer service looks like. I took my GSXR in for new tires this week and the guys gave the bike a once over letting me know some vital repairs needed to keep me out of harms way. They even took the time to detail and help load on the trailer. Great experience every time I go in here. Thank you!

I took my wheel in there because my spokes were loose and needed set to true. Instead of them just doing that and sending me on my way. They did that plus brought me back into the shop and taught me how to keep them tight. Also gave me tons of extra info on how to maintain my new to me bike. It shows how much these folks Acctually care about they’re customers not just trying to get an extra dollar out of you. Anyway couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!
