Horrible management. I agree to sign with lease and paid $1000 security deposit. They took over 10 days to even begin the lease agreement and just took my money. When I told them I didn't wish to continue with them due to the delay despite multiple calls I had made, they reluctantly agreed to return my deposit. It has been over 2 months and they still haven't returned. I am always told they issued the check but it hasn't reached me despite being in the same city. Incompetent! FRAUDS!! Stay away from them!!

After a year and a half, my fiancée and I left this insane building. I’ve never been a part of something so toxic and dangerous - I’ve seen a lot of angry tenants and staff members often arguing with people in the building. They have since installed security cameras since maintenance members were going to peoples doors and making threats. However, we had a package go missing INSIDE the building a few weeks ago, and yet there was no footage, with cameras all over. This is a dangerous building with some evil people working here, and needs a management overhaul

Be very weary of living here, especially if you’re a minority. Staff members (usually desk staff and maintenance members) often harass us, and come to our door to ask us questions. Pictured below, you can see Fernando, maintenance team member here harassing me at my door and flipping me off because they can get away with it. This is an extremely toxic environment, with nonstop harassment from staff members. STAY AWAY if you like a stress free life

I've lived in a lot of different apartments in the past and the property management here is the best I've experienced by far. Setting up a tour was easy and the guide was really helpful at showing several options. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests can conveniently be done through an online portal. The management here is always present, both in that they are quick to respond to any concerns and during business hours there is almost always someone at the front desk/office. Management also keeps communication open with residents via email and a resident app.

I have been living here for 6 months now. I can not speak highly enough of this place! The staff are extremely attentive and personable. The amenities are incredible, my favorite being the rooftop terrace complete with a large dog run area. The common areas are always clean and well kept. There is construction noise as you would find living on any busy street downtown. Our building manager worked with the construction crew to limit the hours to normal business hours out of courtesy to the residents. When the construction began there were free earplugs available for residents in the lobby. This

I've been trying to write this review for well over a month now. Honestly, it's really hard to put into words just how great living in this apartment building is. Seriously, as good as all these reviews are... they don't quite do it justice.
Every single aspect of living here feels well thought out and curated. I simply could not ask for a better place to call home! Hannah, Davidson, and Fernando are all absolutely phenomenal. They are thoughtful, kind, and proactive. I've been in the building around two months now, and I have never once had anything less than a 5-star experience

But the thing we love most of all is the staff! Hannah is a honestly a gem. She's personable, so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. I moved in November and the employees were very nice and helpful with me moving in! The social area is convenient for when my friends come over. I stay in the living room of my apartment but the living room is still massive.

I had the pleasure of living at 923 Folsom Apartments for 2+ years before relocating out of state. During my time I absolutely loved 923 Folsom! First off, the staff (Nick, Janelle, and Ryan) and the Maintenance Team are amazing! They go above and beyond to accommodate your requests and are always welcoming and warm.
The building itself has great amenities. A HUGE rooftop deck, great fitness center, TV lounge with pool table & shuffle board, bike repair shop, working space... Also, the building is pet friendly with a pet spa and big size grass dog walk/run area on the roof (pictured below

This apartment complex is one of the most impressive I have ever been to. Janelle Mammini welcomed us in and took her time to show us the entire complex, amenities & all of the system they have there which is pretty unique. I am a designer also, so I was super impressed with the level of finishes they put into this apartment building. Janelle was also super knowledgeable and really cares about every single tenant. It seemed like the tenants were like part of her family which was so comforting to see. Well done to the owners of 923 Folsom and you are lucky to have such an incredible woman working

Move-in was awesome. They were able to receive my mattress package and bring it to our unit before I arrived, and were flexible when my flight got cancelled and we had to shift our move-in time.
All maintenance requests were handled quickly and everyone was very responsive to email. We didn't participate much in the community events or extra amenities, but they exist if you're into that. The gym is small but has all the basic equipment. The neighborhood is not incredibly nice but also not

-The complex is located in a bustling area with several restaurants, a French bakery, coffee shop, a superfood cafe nearby. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance- so convenient! The Westfield Mall and Yerba Buena Gardens are a quick 15 min walk away. As far as the homeless? Welcome to San Francisco! However, I've never had a problem, everything is well maintained.

We accidentally stumbled into a goldmine in a new California Gold Rush. Opportunity abounds. No guarantee of success, but hard work can yield rewards beyond your wildest dreams.
Compared to similar properties that we visited, this apartment complex with a beautiful pet-friendly garden deck, recreation room, fitness room, etc., smashes the competition, just like the Golden State Warriors recently showcased their athleticism.
Living here is like staying in a five star hotel that you'll never want to leave...a modern day Hotel California
